Cant say enough about Benton and the guys at Advance. My wife was sick and was going to be in the hospital a few days, there was a chance she would have to spend an extended amount of time in our back bedroom for recovery. The backroom stayed hot for some reason. On a recommendation I called Benton. In no time he had driven over looked at the unit, cleaned it thoroughly and made suggestions to improve the performance. He never tried to push an expensive repair, but gave me a list of options we might want to consider.Its hard to put a price on an honest serviceman, Benton and the guys of Advance are just that, honest. I will 100% use them for all my needs in the future. And three months later my old unit is still running better than ever after Benton and his team worked their magic.

When the air goes out on the weekend you expect extreme prices. That was not the case, prices were reasonable and Benton was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for getting the air back on!
