They are fast and friendly here. You have to sign in at the office and wait to be called before your truck/ trailer is cleaned.There is truck parking but you have to pay for it. They have a great variety of food to choose from. For all the good things they provide, sadly, they do not have showers at this time.
They do a good job cleaning the trucks. Theyre not open on Sunday though.. The trucks going in and the wife and in a wash cars too!
I was a huge fan of JLE. However this time I went in to get my roll off tractor/trailer washed because I didnt want to deal with the mess a customers box drooled all over the chassis. They charged me in exchange for washing the equipment i brought in. But they didnt wash it at all. Sure all the wheels, tires, and can were washed. Not the chassis or rear end! It doesnt even look like they sprayed it with acid, and gave it a once over with the power washer! But still charged me for the trailer... Well thanks anyways. Went from a loyal customer to not going there again. Why would i pay to have a fraction of the equipment to be washed? Or pay for something I could do? Ridiculous!

Quick washout but couldnt get tractor washed because of 2 hour wait. Tight little place to maneuver around in. Staff was friendly but had a hard time understanding them at times. The worst part of coming here is running into A-Hole drivers.
Trailer wash out 55 dollars and some cents!! They told me trailer wash out is only washing floor. No walls, no ceiling, no shoot, not even doors internally and externally. Other places that only $37 and wash everything in trailer and doors outside. This is trap. They told me if I want to wash ceiling it will be 250 an hour or so.....

Dont bother too slow and WAY over priced! I used to think the beacon was the most expensive but this place blows them out of the water by over $120.00 bottom line... wash it yourself and save $265.00

Over priced 2 star wash and attitudes were like they all just broke up with there wifes or girlfriends very depressing
They do a better job washing than most, but even when calling ahead your wait time will be a mystery. If your in a hurry or short on hours, forget it.
Nice people who cant wash a truck. I know this is a big rig wash but they said they could do my 2500 dodge. Undercarriage acid wash and body wash by hand is what we agreed on. I wish these pictures could show better. My calipers I wanted cleaned, nope, etc......Disappointing because they are so close to my office. They guys on South Tacoma way are much better. Going to go wash my truck now.

Why 2 stars? I would have put more, but unfortunately they demanded to pay for parking despite the fact that they did not have free space and I parked next to another truck at the exit, it turned out like double parking, but nevertheless I want to thank you for not being asked to leave territory, I was also confused by the fact that when entering the gas station there is a photo of people taken from a security camera, the reason is that the masks have slipped from their faces and the other has no masks at all)))) could just ask to politely put on a mask and not serve people without a mask and not portray them as thieves and murderers although some working staff also walked without a mask and the guard who came up to me and asked me to pay for parking he did not have a mask on his face at all!

Very expensive that is the only reason I gave them one star Im sure they do a very good job most truck washes that I have experience are $40 four classic wash theyre classic wash was $92 that is for an outside wash and brightener they are on the West Coast so Im sure thats why the prices are higher I just waited till I got to South Dakota and paid $46

I washed my truck from these guys . they did not clean it very well . some dirt is left over on window, tire rims are dirty .
Getting your truck washed here is very expensive, but they are doing a great job!
If Im in the area I always come here for a wash out friendly people that speak Spanish if you need it 1 washout area and I full wash bay but if they are not busy they will use their bay for wash outs too! 10 minutes or less for wash out 50.56 for dryvan and reefer washout 199 for full truck and trailer but the prices are worth the detail that they put in

If you’re going to Yakima or Tri-Cities area to load, you can get washouts significantly cheaper than here. $50 is too much for a basic washout unless you’re forced to wash/reload there in SeaTac area

JLE is one of the things I miss most about running OTR. Every time I was close I always made it a point to get my truck and trailer washed here! These guys know how to wash you properly! On the days you do have to wait it’s well worth it!

This is the really crazy place for truck wash, they are really expensive, you have to come with your truck almost clean and pay $130, and if your truck is little bit more dirty, they charge around $160-$170 extra looks like truck or trailer is to dirtyAnd they saying this to all customers who coming to wash
Clean, quiet, close to local restaurant, gas station, and other local businesses. New office space across parking lot, truck wash including interior.
Despite some wait time, the wash itself was fast and done right the first time. My truck is black so you see all the dirt and missed spots after it dries really well. To my surprise it looked very clean and shiny.
The cashier guy is very rude and overcharged me for pickup and when I asked him because the price is on the wall he became rude.otherwise the guys who washed the truck are good guys

I cant recommend them. Over priced and poor quality of total job plus arrogant and mouthy if call them on doing something you specifically asked them not too. I would love to post the pictures here of what I got for my money they would be out of business in a month! Didnt wash my mud flap flap hangers or weights, sprayed my polished wheels directly after I specifically asked them not too (I just had to hand polish out the spots from soap stained my wheels) and a bug got on my drivers door handle its still there they never even attempted to clean it off! I left and wont be back and advising my company to avoid them because a streaking Beacon is far better!

Good job of a washout, but expensive $50.
I chose 2 instead of 3 stars based on efficiency. If you need just a washout, go elsewhere. Ive been waiting about 45 minutes now while they wash one truck ahead of me. Theres only one guy actually doing anything. Also reports are that if you get a whole truck wash, be prepared for it to be done badly.
They do ok job but you probably should instruct them on what to do when it come to engine wash or anything under the hood .

Very conveniently located near several major distribution centers, and you get to park while you wait and can get in a nap or meal. They do a fantastic job with trailer washouts and even cleaned my windows & mirrors while I was in the bay for the washout! They havent been open long and are already my #1 choice for trailer washouts near Seattle.
Waited 2 hours. eventually just gave up and left. the trucks coming out looked good but be prepared to wait a really long time.

Guys don’t waste your money here, I used to go to this place but they are very poor quality, one day I washed my new Volvo to this place and I have chrome all over the truck, and I told this guys not to use acid on my truck, but looks like they don’t speak much English and they used acid on my truck and they ruined the chrome on my truck, and I spoke with their boss on the phone, his in Portland Oregon, and he told me that he saw the truck on surveillance cameras and he said that my truck wasn’t clean and the wheels. it wasn’t polished, and he doesn’t want to pay for the damage, that it’s so stupid to say that, plus he told me not to go to his place if I don’t like the way they wash the trucks,This guy doesn’t know how to do business,They won’t see me here anymore, I used to go to Kent but those guys are thisame poor quality, now I’m going to tacoma truck wash, they not perfect but they are better than any of this,so good luck guys....

Washed our 40 Fifth Wheel there. Had a 2 hour wait but well worth it. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because our truck was over sprayed with the soapy water and the attendant did a half hearted job to rinse it off. Smeared windows and streaks covered the truck. Yuck!
Wasnt at the truck wash but got tires at the tire shop. Great prices on new rubber for your truck. I keep coming back.
