Does a great job for touchless wash! I have used this car wash several times and have not been disappointed.

I have never been to Its a self wash that costs so much money.. When you put the dial on stop it should stop the timer and it does not and keep going its ridiculous how much this place costs.

Easy to get in and out, never too crowded when Ive been there and never really had any issues with getting the car washed in the touchless washer. Seems to work pretty good.

The drive through car wash broke the door to my gas tank. When I finally got hold of the owner he told me his cameras conveniently broke just before it happened and that they are water logged? (Who puts non-waterproof cameras in a car wash?) He told me it was impossible for this to happen and that I was on my own. The car wash itself wasnt worth the $8 and certainly wasnt worth the $300+ to fix it. Dont waste your time or money here.

First time used this auto car wash. I paid $12 for about 5 minutes. It didnt wash not well. I normally going to Brown Bear Car Wash but it was temporary closed. Anyway I will not coming back to this car wash.

I went through the touchless car wash and it was okay for $8.I thought it would have been better. It seems to have just redistributed the dirt on my car.I was hoping that it would have done a better job cleaning but I guess not.At least the sides arent so filthy its obvious, but this isnt clean. I can run my fingers over the car and displace so much dirt it turns from gray to white. Oh well.

Love it. Wish it did a better job with the rims, but well worth the money. $15 saves me 90 mins a week (not washing it myself)

You can use a credit card so u are not rushed. The pressure is good and they use a lot of soap, so, you can get the car really clean. They also have 2 automatic washers that are cool with nice lights! Worth going once a week!

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a rip off if you’re using your Credit/debit card! I blame myself because I allowed them to rip me off twice! I don’t carry cash on me and my special needs client absolutely loves going to the car wash! I decided to swipe my card! Vacuum says minimum $2 charge on card. I used the turbo vacuum for 1 minute and 53 seconds (pressed the green button on card reader after finishing to stop machine) and instead of being charged $2 I was charged $10. Another time I washed my car $5 minimum using card with the self wash! Well, after washing I realized I was charged $10 AGAIN after ONLY rinsing my car which takes all of 2-3 minutes... Afterwards I went to the worker regarding this issue and he called from what he says his boss in front of me and I heard her say it’s a pending charge and it’s nothing that can be done! She also stated that my money will be released! According to my bank those 2 charges were COMPLETED and NOT pending! It has been weeks since the wash happened money still not returned! The vacuum happened today and I received the same response! I know my money will not be returned so I will be taking the necessary steps to make sure this business does NOT rip off any future customers! Next call will be to BBB!I’m ticked off because I have been a loyal customer for a year now! This car wash seen my face along with my client twice a week faithfully! Disappointed!!

Really like how they have an air blower for the self-wash bays.

Elephant Car Wash is excellent, I have a very large lifted truck and their new equipment allows me to use it.

Easy to use, takes tokens. We were able to drive up to one of the bays, wash our truck and take off. Really great.

Do it yourself car wash way too expensive time goes by too fast and they dont have quick enough changing of high pressure rinse high pressure wash tire cleaner wheel cleaner takes forever for them to switch from one to the other by the time its there your time is up

Without knowing that an employee was here I had gone through the automatic car wash and it did a good job but not great, well the employee noticed on his own and asked if he could send me through again at no charge. 2nd time I’ve come in contact with employees with great customer service and I’ve always been happy with this location. Great job guys! Keep up the great work.

Its FREE when you buy a new vehicle from Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner and I have a black on black Z71 pickup half ton and I request 2 wash coupons for two washes at a time and they make sure i get 2 coupons.

I’ve been here several times and this place without fail leaves a massive amount of very concentrated water spots every time. Even when paying for the spot free rinse it’s just as bad . The automatic car wash that is located right next to the vending machines has a broken undercarriage spryer/jets . Not very well kept . If you go into the self wash bays and look up you may see a lot of spiders in there webs that if accidentally misted with water begin to drop down making it an unenjoyable experience to say the least . I gave 2 stars for location/convenience. Update. 03/15/21 still a massive disappointment as far as these places go .

Its the typical DIY car wash place with the added bonus of having an automated car wash as well. Then you got the assortment of odds and ends to help you clean and maintain your car the only thing that I didnt like about that was the fact that it was Cash coin only to buy those items where as to wash your car you can use your card and this day and age its very important to be able to use your card in order to pay for things. The only gripe I have with the DIY car wash is the air dry blower, at this car wash in particular the air dryer blower doesnt seem to blow very hard and really didnt get my car very dry compared to other places that Ive been which actually dried my car completely, so thats the only real complaint that I have, other than that its a great place to wash your car or have your car washed by a robot.

Its hit and miss on cleaning your car. Sometimes it works great, and sometimes it will stop working in the middle of the wash. They did install a new station which is nice. So time will tell.

The new car wash in Sumner does an excellent job. The gentleman working there did a thorough hand wash to remove some very stubborn dirt, without being asked. Very friendly.

Cleans the car or truck great. Wheels not so much. Wheels still very dirty. Look untouched by the wash.

I use this place over the Bonney Lake. It has all updated features, the auto actually washes my car, and if I do see a broken hose, its always fixed within a timely manner.
