Ariana has been fabulous. Always professional, always able to answer any questions we have and walk us through our latest policy. In addition to being responsive and available, they also saved us a lot of money vs our previous insurance company. Love the service we have received.

I absolutely had the best experience in this office, I worked with Ari and she broke down my policy line by line and explained everything to me! I just about had a million questions, she was patience and took her time to make sure I understood everything about my policy. 100% recommend. The office is clean and open. Give them a call, you cant/shouldnt go in because you know COVID lol

Not sure how this office has any bad reviews. The staff are so friendly and will help you anything and everything. Dan has been an agent at this same location for 35 years. Its so nice calling your local insurance agent and they all know you by name and actually feel like they care about you and your business.

This agency is grossly incompetent, and will do nothing to show you that they respect and value your business. The employees consistently act like they cant be bothered to do their jobs and take care of their clients. Add to that that their approach to communicating with clents seems to be pretty basic, unprofessional, snarky, and condecending. Poor excuse for customer service. Though theyre happy to take your money. Keep looking! ;-)

Receptionist failed to create a policy for my vehicle. - Then managed to create a policy but applied it to someone elses State Farm account. Upon calling to figure out what was going on, I was treated horribly on the phone; I then tried to move my policy to another State Farm agent. - They sent it to some other agent in Bellevue, who denied the request and sent it back. Then the process starts over again with me hoping they send it to the agent I requested. Meanwhile I have no insurance - And now finally because of their inability to do their job, I owe back payments.All in all, it was horrible. I wouldnt recommend them to an enemy.. They will do nothing to make it right.
