During a time when we experienced a terrible incident which involved not only our son, but with others, Dan was there. He responded to my call, was reassuring, attentive and knowledgeable. He immediately calmed me and helped guide with what I would need for the claim. Insurance is meant for peace of mind and knowing that Dan and his team are on my families team is invaluable. There is no way that a call center could have or even offer the personal service when I needed it the most.
