I am a former tenant of Spartan Agency. I have personally worked with both Jen and Diane.They both are very kind, and professional. When an issue arises they work quickly to get in contact with the right people and schedule maintenance within a timely manner. When speaking with them, Diane and Jen, they always greet me personally, friendly and are ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. If I move back to the area Spartan Agency serves I will 100% definitely be renting from Spartan Agency again!

BEWARE POSSIBLE RENTERS:!!!I am shocked!!!This company has zero standards. That’s right, what is your work history? Doesn’t matter it’s based on feelings. What is your credit score? Doesn’t matter based on feelings. Company out right admitted they have zero baseline standards multiple times when acquiring about a property.I’d like to say that I also couldn’t believe how rude management was every single time we interacted with them. It was absolutely appallingly. I cannot imagine being a real estate investor who owned property in this area being represented so poorly.When told we would open to paying the whole years rent the manager told us they were not interested in taking the whole years rent up front.When offering to put six months of rent as a deposit the manager told us that they would not be interested in doing that.Overall, it was a very interesting experience. As someone in a couple with good credit scores, verification of employments, and employers who offered us up to 20k moving allowance it was so wild that we were unable to come to an agreement with a rental and probably better for our well being overall.If you are interested in renting a home in Bonney Lake, Sumner or the surrounding area I suggest you avoid Spartan like the plague. Frankly, if you can rent one of their homes you can you can qualify to purchase a home. Which is exactly what we would have done if we knew the area better up front.

I have rented from Spartan throughout my entire adult life and theyve always been great to work with. Very helpful and fast to respond to issues with their rentals. I loved working with Carol back when I was just a new renter trying to start a family to now with Jennifer & Diane needing a bigger place for my wife & kids. I love the properties they have and they make it a pleasure experience every time were in contact with their office.

My experience with Spartan has been absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. I applied for the rental and was able to work with them to keep my ESA with me upon move in without any issues or feeling any judgment. While living at the rental home, Spartan took care of any maintenance needs quickly. I’ll call out Diane here, because she is professional, kind, quick to respond (both via phone and email), and super helpful. I so appreciated her throughout my rental experience.This has by far been one of the best move out experiences I’ve had as well. They provided a comprehensive move out list, resources for cleaning, and answered any questions I had very promptly.I’m grateful to Spartan and Diane for making my experience as painless as possible.My sister also moved out from a rental that was managed by a separate rental company in town and had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone during the process. They provided little guidance for move out, and she expressed difficulty in getting responses from this other rental company, which made me all the more grateful for working with Spartan (and really Diane).

Ive rented from Spartan for the past 12 years and for a year several years prior to that. Professional, responsive, awesome communication, genuine care and concern for their property owners and tennants. Super bummed they wont be managing us anymore soon. Thank you for all the great years of service and support! You will be missed!

They have been managing our property for several years and are very professional, knowledgeable and good at their job. We will have them as our property managers for as long as we own the property. Excellent company to work with and I highly recommend them

I have rented several properties both residential and commercial over the last 15 years with Spartan. The ladies are amazing, professional, personable and quick to respond and help. I have a very hard time believing any of the negative reviews, as my experience has been nothing but wonderful. I noticed the difference in opinion from the 5 stars from people that have actually used the service compared to those that have not. I will continue to use them as my property management team, and highly recommend Spartan Agency to anyone needing their services. They have been in business for half of a decade and for great reasons!

Spartan is a first class operation and I was fortunate to have had them as manager of my rental unit for 3 years until the greedy, gouging developers took over and used their own management company. Very sad day, that was! I miss Spartan because they were caring, responsive and professional. In short, everything this other outfit is not! Thank you, Spartan for 3 great years!

These guys do a pretty good job of staying of top off requested maintenance and communicating expectations. Professional and thorough!

I was turning in applications and a deposit a while ago and some older gal was very rude to me saying she had already talked to my dad that he cant rent because he doesnt make enough money, not even looking at my paystubs, she didnt share a smile, a how are you, nothing. Customer service could be loads better, even if you dont want some people to rent with you.

This is a family orientated business that cares about their customers and their renters and their owners to try to do the best for all

I only gave one star because I had to. Called about a rental that I viewed. I PERSONALLY spoke with the owners of the property and they requested I call for Carol. I downloaded and completed and application then called to see when is a good time to turn it in. Some very rude and very STUPID woman answered the phone. I asked for Carol and she asked what it was regarding, I explained the rental and she said theres an app pending on the home from 2 weeks ago. Ok, well, the website claims the rental was updated 5 days ago AND I just spoke with the owner 2 days ago, but what does a pending app have to do with me wanting to apply for the place? Does that mean you only accept ONE application for this house? Obviously if youve waited almost 2 weeks for someone to be approved then they MIGHT not be approved. Why not take several apps on the place and screen several occupants to see who better suits the home. Maybe she was saving it for a family member or perhaps shes a racist. Idk. I even asked her could she explain exactly what she means cause Im not understanding. One person applied on a rental so theyre not accepting others? Based off what? An assumption that the ONE person will be approved? Sounds like theyre stiffing the owner, I might need to have a talk with him and his wife on Tuesday. Yall are very dumb here. Sorry, just saying.

Made contact a few times but never got a response back. I eventually moved on.
