I have lived here for just over 3 years now and must say that the property management team has been outstanding. If anything is needed from them they will go out of there way to make sure the property and tenants are comfortable with there living space.

I have lived here for awhile, and this place has changed owners several times. The current property manager and the day to day manager are hands down the best that has been here. Issues/maintenance requests are quickly acknowledged and addressed. Questions/concerns are handled professionally and timely. This is a great place to live with a community feel. 10/10 recommend.

They have inaccurate information on their website showing availability when there apparently is not any. Tried emailing and calling for weeks and never heard back. Finally got ahold of someone today who was very short with me and said they have no availability. I mentioned they might want to update their website and she told me they dont have access to that. (???!) The property is beautiful and Id heard great things about the property management, but I was definitely disappointed with my brief experience.

Clean and manicured property. Pet friendly. Nice upgrades to existing apartments.

The management & team at Rainier Meadows are so kind and welcoming to the tenets. The updates they have done to the property is nothing short of Amazing. What a great place to live.
