I’m 12 years old experienced truck driver, and during all the years, I never met people that are work for the big companies like that. On 26th of august 2021, I had to drop off a load, I had been waiting for the guy to take care off me, but they did’nt care and just wasting my time, I called and that was the biggest mistake. The lady was the rudest one that I met in al my career. We don’t even start our conversation, and the second phrase was: “That is the last time that you are working with this company”. She didn’t want to listen what happens, and I had no chance to figure out my issue. Well buy the end, I had to agree that insane attitude only because, she was wasting my time, and I had no time to wait cause I had an appointment to a shop. Well, rude manager, lazy staff, super bad experiece.

3rd time here- arrived at 8:30pm was told they were on lunch and they would call me - called- was unloaded fast but not a soul around to give us paperwork- wharehouse guys claim the gals on lunch. So these people have lunch ever hr and a half I guess- been standing here for 30 minutes already.

I have a good experience every time I come here. The lady who checks you in is very helpful and friendly. I got here four hours before my appointment time today, and I was loaded within 1 hour. The shipping supervisor and the warehouse people are doing a great job here!!!

I arrived at 13:00 for an 18:00 appointment and i was told to wait and they would call me when theyre ready for me. That was fine with me because i was early and wasnt expecting to get loaded but now its almost 1:00 in the morning and im still not loaded. 1 star rating it is!!!!

Got here 3 hours early, was given a door immediately. They started loading right away and I was gone in 1 1/2 hours. No complaints.

This is by far the worst unloading company. Im here now and never again. I arrived 3 hours earlier before apt time and waited 12 hours for them to unload the load. Nobody knows anything, everyone pretends to be crazy. Avoid this company.

Friendly staff

This place was GREAT. FYI... They share a yard with JKC Trucking. A guy with JKC allowed me to stay overnight (I arrived at 00:15 for a 07:00 appointment). Summit does NOT time stamp BOLs, so if you need to let your log book catch up, you can.Super friendly staff. Great experience!

First of all.. people working in the shipping office are very uninformed about loads I wait like hour until they find my load.. after that they load me really fast.. at least thats what they doing good

My appointment was for 10am I got here at 10:15 due to traffic then I wait 6 hours while watching other trucks come and go and still have no door yet. I went back inside around 2 and it didnt seem like anyone remembered me checking in. Smh they have all these ppl working but not getting anything done.
