Need an idea for the milestone birthday of the gal who has everything? 14 years ago for my 50th birthday, I asked family and friends to give me charms. My only requests were that they had silver to match the bracelets and to find ones that represented our relationship.I worked it out with Wendy at Henrys Fine Jewelry so my friends and family from across the country could call her and she would help them pick out the most appropriate charms. I was looking to replace the main diamond in my engagement ring without going into NYC. After walking into a few jewelers where I did not feel comfortable, I walked into Henry’s in Summit. The staff was warm and welcoming, and after speaking with Henry it was clear he would guide us to the right stone. The diamond he found for us exceeded our expectations, as did Henry’s care and craftsmanship in rebuilding my ring to make sure the new stone would be secure. We were so impressed with the craftsmanship that we had an heirloom necklace repaired, and the selection was so lovely that we purchased an additional ring. Wow is the factor in this jewelry store! I was greeted by personnel who was self possessed and pleasant.She explained the process of service delivery and before I arrived to my other destination she had photographed the watch to be serviced, attached a barcode and included the amount of the service charge.Needless to say a phone message was left indicating that I was able to obtain the watch the same day.Calling ahead the next day allowed me to let the person on the line know that I would arrive before the store was scheduled to closed.The young man greeted me; upon giving my name, we transcacted our business and had a short conversation about watches.I asked how long had they been in their location and learned that they are a staple in the business community.The customer service is superb, they love what they do and I will be returning to look with an eye toward purchasing something because I am confident that the personnel knows exactly what is involved in supporting and satifying their customers.I highly recommend this jeweler, the customer service and praise their social competence andaffabilities.

More recently, I brought in my wedding bands and two of my mother in laws rings to be resized. The turnaround time was quick, and I am so pleased with the way my rings both looked and fit. It is so nice that I can wear the jewelry that has a family history and means so much to me.

So happy to have found a nearby jeweler thats honest, friendly and sells and makes beautiful pieces of jewelry! The first time we visited Henrys was to (hopefully) fix a necklace I bought for my wife off Etsy. David stated he could fix it but mentioned that it would continue to break due to how delicate the chain was. He offered her several gold chain options but again added he could fix the original if I didnt want to spend money on a new chain. She opted to go with a new chain because the pendant is a sentimental piece and didnt want the old chain to keep breaking. When we picked up the necklace with the new chain, she felt it was a little longer than expected. David shortened it without hesitation. She hasnt taken off the necklace since! We recently went back to look for a gold choker chain to match the original necklace David fixed as an anniversary present for my wife. She came in with some pictures from online jewelry stores and worked with Wendy to see if we could create something similar. She ended up picking out a chain that matched perfectly with her original and had David add extension jump rings so that she could adjust the lengths. We also have future plans to add a little bezeled diamond eventually and we both cant wait to see how that will turn out!

There arent enough positive words to describe what an amazing job David accomplished with my Fiancés wedding band.I had purchased the band from a different store and had a special & unique request - an engraving of the Millennium Falcon (Star Wars Ship) on the inside of the ring. After calling the original store and about 20 other jewelry stores in the area, David was the only one willing to take on this unusual request. Furthermore, within the first minute of my conversation with David, his familiarity with the process needed to complete this engraving put me at complete ease. He even took it a step further by putting together a better version of the image than I had shown him.I dropped off the wedding band later that evening ... David had it ready for me the next day! It came out better than I could imagine! The details and precision were spectacular. The staff were all extremely friendly and craftsmanship was impeccable. Henry’s jewelry was so accommodating! My fiancé got our ring made there and it so beautiful. I had to return to get it resized and they did it complimentary. I was caught in a bind and noticed that my wedding band was a bit big just 3 days before the wedding.I called and spoke with David who told me to bring the ring in as soon as I could and they would be able to get it done for me.First the store is lovely...extremely well kept, and super inviting. Annually, I have him check the settings on my jewelry and he has performed repairs on my engagement and wedding rings and a tennis bracelet, none of which were purchased from him. My mom and I both had larger, artistic pendants that we needed silver chains for. The staff at Henry’s were so helpful, and they gave great insights into which lengths and types of chains would look best with each of our pieces. We both bought a silver chain, and we are very happy with our purchases! 10/10 would recommend.

Its great when you find a jeweler thats trustworthy and I found even more than that at Henrys. I had two watches repaired and several pieces of jewelry, some of which where very sentimental, and each one was a great success! I look forward to making a purchase as they have some lovely pieces. It was such a pleasure dealing with Henry and his staff (Liza). Henry really listened to what I wanted and created two beautiful settings for my wedding rings. A good friend of mine lost a ring recently, and we went to Henrys to make her a custom replacement. Henry was extremely helpful in designing and creating a ring that matched the original as well as staying within our budget. The piece ended up being beautiful, and very close to the original. My friend loved it, and we absolutely plan to return. Highly recommend!

Brought my wifes engagement ring in for a repair, one of the prongs holding the diamond had broken (so i thought). Upon further inspection in the store they had found that two of prongs were actually broken! We were very lucky to still have a diamond!! I was told that it would be about a week for the repair and actually got a call sooner than later!!! Extremely fair price for the rebuilding of all four prongs and re-dipping of the ring! It came back looking brand new!!!!

Everyone at Henrys Fine Jewelry was amazing! I came in to have my fiances grandfathers wedding band engraved, and the associates there made the process so easy. I had a wonderful experience at Henrys. I recently had to find a new jeweler as the one my family has been going to decades just wasnt convenient for me anymore since we moved, so I was nervous trusting someone new with my engagement ring. Henrys were not only knowledgeable about their own products, but gave me great tips and service on my own ring. They did a rhodium plating and cleaning of my engagement ring and it looks brand new. The staff was friendly and timely with my repair - it was ready two days earlier than expected. Glad I found my new place!
