Mikes a great guy. Always make sure to keep customers satisfied. I took tv in for repair and he was able to fix it quickly and any other issues Ive had he was able find the cause and take care of it for a good price.

Palmetto TV & Vacuum will get the job done. He worked on a troublesome issue with my tv until he was able to save my Sony Bravia from death.

I was told that it would be cheaper to get my 55 inch Samsung TV repaired than to replace it.. I ended up being charged almost the same amount as it would have been to fix my TV. Once I got my TV home, I turned it on to notice that it was not completely fixed. I was also originally told my power supply was the only thing bad to then be told that something else was wrong... Being that I am a technician I should have just tried repairing the TV on my own. I have been told by other friends that they paid aprox. $50-$60 to have similar TVs repaired.

My TV was hit by a power surge thru the cable. My electrical connections were connected to a surge protector. I learned a valuable lesson. Make sure your cable is also protected by a surge protector. This is how I met Mike Preedy the owner of Palmetto TV & Vac Svcs. Took my dead TV to Mike. He is very knowledgeable let me know it could have been two things, the power unit or the motherboard. In one day Mike got back to me and let me know it was the power unit. He could order the part and have my TV fixed in a couple of days. The best part was his pricing was VERY REASONABLE!!! A few days later I picked up my fixed TV and Mike shared some very valuable info to my on how to reset my TV because it had a new power unit. The reset let the remote work with the TV. Mike is local and I support local shop owners. I encourage you to call Mike if you have a TV issue. I would also call him for any vacuum issues too! BTW Mike has a great sense of humor:)
