Since moving to Summerville 8 years ago, I was first seeing Dr. Lennon, then Dr. Griffin when he bought the dental practice from her, and I go every 6 months for my cleanings with Cheryl, who is fabulous! She has special equipment that gives you a terrific cleaning with a minimum of scraping and poking. When Dr. Griffin showed me pictures in 2019 of some decay starting around two of my very ancient molar crowns, and that they needed to be replaced, I was nervous about being flat back in the chair, due to my claustrophobia and some back issues, so I put it off. Well, 2020s Covid meant I didnt want to risk any dentist visits, so this year after vaccination I decided I had to face the situation and tell him to go ahead with the replacement-work. If you dont keep your teeth fixed as well as you can, that leads to all kinds of health issues. Well, as it turned out, Dr. Griffin made the whole experience really very easy and comfortable! I now have my two new crowns, which turned out perfectly, and I appreciate Dr. Griffins & Amys & Cheryls excellent work.

Dr. Griffin and his staff are very knowledgeable and service-centered. They provided an incredible experience, for both myself and my kiddos. Highly recommended for all our your families dental needs!

Went in w/a broken lateral incisor, x-rays were taken and the course of treatment recommended was to fix cavities and crown 6 front teeth. Asked them to send x-rays to my MN. dentist who said there was no decay and crowning front teeth was not typically done.

Every appointment i am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable i feel when leaving. I have had minor to major dental work done and have always been pleased. Dr Griffin and my hygienist Cheryl are so gentle and thorough that I cant recommend them enough.

My daughter and I had a cleaning today at Griffin Dental. Our hygienist Cheryl was excellent—thorough, friendly, and so kind! It was my (almost 3 yr old) daughter’s very first cleaning and she LOVED it! We felt so welcome the minute we walked in, not only by the receptionist, Renata, but also by the other patients who seemed so happy to be there, too! Dr. Griffin is so fun to be around, and we can tell he genuinely cares about us as people in addition to our teeth. That means a lot to me and made a positive impact on my daughter. I highly recommend Dr. Griffin and his team!

This practice is anything but routine. From the time you walk in the door you are treated like an old friend. Everyone is friendly and they call you by your name like you have been coming in for years. Dr. Griffin is extremely professional and asks questions about what you need and listens carefully to everything you say. This practice is the best Ive used in years. Definitely give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised!

Both Dr. Griffin and his staff make my visit to the dentist comfortable! I had my teeth cleaned today & I was so pleased to realize how gentle and yet thorough this was! Dr. Griffin then explained what work needed to be done, showed me several pictures taken, and we discussed my financial options. I felt a part of that process and that matters to me. Wonderful care today. And I love that we could laugh together, too. Bravissimo!

Dr Griffin took over when Dr Lennon retired. He is professional and works great with my children also. They have always loved going to the dentist. It sucked for Dr Lennon to leave, but thankfully many of the staff remained. It’s a great office!

I had my first cleaning at this office. Cheryl was very thorough to make sure she went through each tooth and gum to clean it. She explained everything she was doing as she was doing it and made sure I was comfortable. She was wonderful! Dr. Griffin came and checked my teeth out after and explained to me things that my previous dentist didn’t. They are a great practice and I would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Dr. Griffin. Lets face it, most people hate going to the dentist. Dr. Griffin and his team will change your mind about that. His staff is so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. Dr. Griffin is very professional and extremely friendly. He even throws in some humor (when appropriate). He made me feel so at ease. He also took the time to answer my questions and explained to me how the process worked. He made it easy for me to understand. I would recommend Dr. Griffin and his team to anyone and everyone! Dr. Lennon and her staff are absolutely amazing. I had gone too many years without seeing a dentist so I walked in with a mouth full of problems, and instead of feeling like I was being judged like I have in the past, Dr. Lennon and her staff were so understanding and excited to come up with a game plan to get everything fixed. I also got a cleaning done by Heidi and she did a fantastic job. She took her time and explained what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I dont have dental insurance, but Dr. Lennon is willing to work out a payment plan and with the price of dental work that is a major plus. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lennon and her staff to anybody looking for a new dentist.

I have posted before but want to post again after my last visit at Dr. Griffin’s practice. He is aware that I have extensive problems with a past serious diagnosis and further problems are threatening me now which it will become more costly to me in the very near future. He is staying with me and using his knowledge which I find to be “very impressive” for the people in this community. Moving forward with the total reconstruction of my mouth I trust him totally as he spends a lot of time thinking about each patient’s case before presenting a plan. . I think he is a very talented dentist I have come across and believe me I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on many dentists over 8 states! I feel very safe with his thought-out decisions and you should give him a try! You will be glad he is YOUR dentist now.

Visits are always pleasant. The office is set in a wooded area with a view from the dental chairs to the outside - relaxing. All the staff are warm and friendly. Equipment and methods are state-of-the-art. Both my Wife and I consider Dr. Griffin to be an excellent practitioner. Definitely, an excellent choice for your dental needs.

Being new to this area and coming to grips with the fact that I needed to address some overdue dental work was a really uncomfortable spot for me. The amount of work I needed done was significant so this was not an easy decision. I did some homework and I picked Griffin Dental. I could not have made a better choice! The entire process was incredible. Very thorough and everything was spelled out for me very clearly so I could make comfortable decisions. GREAT staff!! Every person I came in contact with went above and beyond in their effort. And the outcome is spectacular! I have a very healthy mouth and a great smile! Heidi did a great job cleaning my teeth and taking X-ray if my broken tooth. Kent Griffin came in and confirmed the need for a crown. Admin folks setup follow on visit and explained costs.Second visit to prep tooth and temporary crown. Painless process to hold me over till permanent crown is made (3 weeks).Today was to replace temporary crown with permanent one. As expected, the visit was friendly and efficient; I was done and out in 30 minutes.

I have entrusted Dr. Lennon and her amazing staff with my dental care for 11 years and I can honestly say, without a doubt that they are the best! I have a complicated dental history that has, unfortunately, given me exposure to many dentists in the various places I have lived. Dr. Lennon is an exception dentist with an extremely professional staff. All the work I have had done in her office has been first class and I have never had an issue with it. Her and her staff do what the say they are going to do and you know up front what its going to cost. Her billing department could not be any more professional and is always on top of each and every account.

I have been a patient of Dr Griffin since he arrived at this location in Summerville. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their computer system is very organized which is nice so we dont have to rehash previous discussions. Each visit is well documented. I use this location 3-4 times/year.

Great job. No pain and I was eating steak and boiled corn 3 hours after having five fillings and feel great.

Ive always been so happy with the treatment I get at Dr. Lennons office. We have been going there for quite some time and it is about as pleasant as it could be. I think the ladies really look out for our best interests and care.

I needed a crown on the back molar..... not an easy place to reach. Dr. Griffin allowed time for the numbing to take place before he began the drilling procedure. He and the entire staff are kind, calm, helpful, and patient. I fully recommend them.

This Lady and her staff are angels! I was in a ton of pain due to another local dentists mess up and she was conservative, and compassionate, and has helped with the pain greatly. I grind my teeth at night and also snore. (The snoring never bothered me!) I got a snore guard from Dr. Lennon and it has solved both problems. It did not take but a night or two to get used to and it has made my husband very happy.

I had always feared the Dentist since I was little, but since I moved to Summerville and go to Griffin Dental (formerly Dr. Lennon) my fears are gone. I no longer need Gas to get a cleaning. The staff is great.
