They need more experience people working thereThe guy that did my taxes had to ask a bunch of questions.I guess we were not born knowing it all.Well again I had to go back to Jackson Hewitt.The person that filed my takes did not bother to get my bank information.So there for extra trip Did it put my taxes behind ?Only God knows.They dont know what they are doing.I hope any one that reads this make sure you tell your friends and family not to go there

They charged me $340 on my tax and had to send in $65 to the government. I was told it was $90 and up depends on how much I get back when I called them thats why I went to they I normally use a different person

Made a MESS of my taxes then had an attitude when I came back, made me wait for every new customer to be finished before theyd acknowledge me the second time even though they recognized me (I certainly had to be the only woman they called sir 3 times Im 24 hours. The kicker is that after it all they then LIED to me about my taxes saying they had cancelled them (the IRS actually told me thats not possible, you cant actually cancel taxes with the click of a button and they did indeed lied to my face as the IRS currently had all of the information). This happened at a combination of the north Charleston and Summerville locations. Avoid at all costs, file online.
