She has explained everything I asked her to (some times twice because these topics are sometimes hard for me to understand - thats why I use H&R Block!). The facility is always neat and tidy and very COVID safe. Thanks for being near me and doing such a great job. Like I said, Ill be back.

Mr. Joe is always respectful, knowledgeable, takes his time and always gives you his honest advice with great customer service with a smile and a heart of gold. I highly recommend him.

Look BELIEVE me when I say Ms. Shaila Shroff cares. Today May 6th, 2021 she took her time to make sure I was taken care. My taxes were very complicated, she made sure I was taken care; at this point I dont care how much I pay for my tax preparation as long as I know that I am in great hands. Ms Shroff is not only a professional advisor, she is trustworthy. The ONLY reason why I would return to H&R block would be to get my return maximized by her. I usually dont take my time to make these reviews, in this case I decided to do it because deep inside Im certain this lady deserves more than 5 stars.

Shaila is awesome! I have been trying to file for weeks online and she got me in and out and ACCEPTED within an hour. She is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable talking about taxes. According to her computer screensaver she’s been doing this for 29 years! I will 100% be recommending her to people I know and come back next year. Thank you for all your help and being so amazing Shaila!!

Its too expensive. The tax professional was very nice and informative but I just cant see myself paying over $400 every year for something I can do myself. Also, I was not told the price of filing before she did all the work.

We have always had amazing people do our taxes (Brenda and Dee). They are on top of everything and are always invested in us.

I was told a price and when I got there my price was double so the manager didnt help AT all!!! She told the person helping us if she wanted to give us that price she had to pay out of her own bucket which wasn’t fair at all. And she did. As a customer I felt TERRIBLE she didn’t do anything to have to do that and she chose to help me she was wonderful. But that manager didn’t even come out and speak to us or anything.
