Sandy and her husband Rick were amazing and so helpful with us as first time home buyers. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in this difficult market and they are super friendly to first responders!! As we sit here closing on our home I can say that we love them and are so appreciative of what they have done for us!!!

We listed our home with Sandy last year. She was very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area and helped make some great suggestions for staging that really helped make our house shine. Sandy also helped us find our new home. We started out with certain criteria which evolved as we looked at homes on the market. We made an offer on a HUD home and Sandy walked us through all the red tape that goes along with that kind of home. Ultimately we decided that wasnt what we wanted, and made an offer on the home we did buy. We are a little different than some in that we arent afraid of a little remodeling and Sandy found us several great homes that had a lot of potential. The home we did buy was a great deal. We paid cash for it (after the sale of our house) and have been able to cash flow the remodel. Being mortgage free is awesome and Sandy helped make that happen!

I have witnessed Sea Turtle Properties work with home buyers and those interested in rentals. Both parties were treated professionally, with explanations on each others responsibilities. This property management company is a joke. Do not waste your time having them manage your property and if you are looking for a rental, you should run very far away if they are listed as the property manager. The ladies who run this are EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. I went back and forth with them for a full day about fees they were charging me. I had pictures, video, email chains, and documents as proof and they still didn’t remove the fees.

Sea Turtle Properties is a poorly ran, outdated company with horrible business practices and a disregard for the livelihood of anyone they are working with. I just dealt with both Shannon and Sandy in closing out my lease. They lied to me multiple times, they broke the law on getting me my deposit back in a timely manner, and they penny pinched throughout the entire process. Do not trust them!
