This company has been super helpful to me as I work for a company that uses them a lot but I knew nothing about the process. They are patient, professional and always quick to respond to missed calls or emails. Highly recommend them.

Was unprofessional, yelling at my mother with racial slurs. Called to make a complain and just to be told that the manager was the one that came to the house. Why would a company hire such a loser?

Until now I have been very happy with their service. I am still happy with the service however their scheduling needs some work! We scheduled our bond and quarterly treatments about a month ago... we could not get on the books for over 2 weeks from the date we called. Then they had to cancel due to travel issues. So the next day instead of them calling me I had to call them and schedule. AGAIN.. two weeks out for bond and another week for quarterly treatment. Then I get a call that our guy will be late. This is getting old! Again the guys who do the work are great!!! They just need to work on their commitment and scheduling. If you say you will have someone out to take care of an issue right away, I would think that would be sooner than 2 weeks.

The is the worse comany ever if you have any form of bug problem they expect you to take every single thing out of your cabnets and pantry. I never heard of such a thing. Looks like you need to move out of your house for them to try to do their job

I renewed my termite bond and also have them for pest control. Just talked to Paige on the phone. They are very professional and responsive.

We had a huge problem with mosquitoes in our back yard. We couldnt even step foot outside with out being attacked. I called Arrow to get all my options. Scott came the next day and treated both front and back yard. He did a wonderful job and was very professional and courteous. He made sure everything was taken care of and let us know if we needed anything else to make sure and call and he would be back out. We were finally able to enjoy our back yard. Whats up Arrow? Why are you allowing this family with 2 small children to live in this home without repair? No access to 2 entryways or exits, rotting stairs, deck floorboards off so children can not go outside to play, absolutely no siding left on the home. Just watched this segment on the news where you dropped a family in Hanahan once they filed a claim and mediation failed. Whats wrong here? According to the news segment, the company is not handling the repairs or costs. Just dropped their coverage once the claim was filed. Whats up with this Arrow company? Why are you blasting on fb malice toward the reporter who covered the story and providing malicious and personal information on FB about the family involved? Your customers perception is also your companys reality. Wouldnt just honoring their contract and making their home livable be the right thing to do, as per the contract they paid for and your self proclaimed company integrity?

Always on time always reasonable a good choice for your Pest Control needs

After having them for 2 years and paying 200.00 a year they literally walked around the outside of the house and that was it. After calling to complain I ended my contract through them. No refund for poor services. My neighbors use Massey and I always see them preventing. Our neighbors never have issues with termites or pests.
