This company is soooo unprofessional, they never showed up with the jump castle. I tied calling and calling, then texting for a delivery time and they stop responding, When someone did answer she was NOT professional and stated that it was not the jump castle, I have the wrong number . I had to look at my call/ text log because I know this and she was the number we make all of the original plans with. Long story short we NEVER got the castle. We had to call again for a last minute rental for my grand daughters birthday party, on the day of the birthday party. On Monday I called the number again from another phone asked if it was wild jump, she said yes. I asked what happened on yesterday. No one called nor showed up with the castle. I guess she layed the phone down because nothing was said. Please don’t do business with them. Spend your money with a professional company.

This company stinks and is very unreliable. They were supposed to deliver on Friday and never showed up, then on the day of where they were supposed to be three hours late, they called and said they weren’t coming. What a disappointment to our family get together. This is the absolute worst customer service from one of these companies. Save your money your time and your energy and hire somebody else.

Rented a 5 in 1 jump castle from them for a function. Not only were they a hour late once they set the jump castle up it was full of fire ants. She did tell me there were ants and she would take care of it. They left, kids went to jump and come back saying ants. I went and look, they were everywhere coming out the seams. I made two phone calls, no answer after a few messages it appears Im being ignored. So I recommend going with someone else.

Ive rented many jump castles / slides and have never been so disappointed with the service and quality as I have with Wild Jumps. They delivered after 10pm the night before the event. The man and woman were arguing about setting it up in the dark. I asked that the entrance and exit (same side) be placed facing inward to the yard. I was told no problem and then it was put up facing the wrong way. They didnt have enough extension cords to connect everything so I had to provide one. Then when the castle/slide combo inflated, it was covered in dirt, mud, and decaying leaves (the smell was nauseating). The guy pretended to wipe it down, but it was so dark it was hard to see how bad it actually was. We spent two hours scrubbing it down, inside and out, the next morning before the kids could play and we had to spin the whole thing 180 degrees (no small task). I e-mailed them before posting this review to try and give them a chance to make it right. I have yet to receive a response. I would not recommend this company at all. There are many other inflatable rental companies in the area. Use one of them, any of them, just not this one.

These people are horrible and very unprofessional I will NEVER EVER rent anything from them again! Dropped it off the day before the event and the water slide is covered in dirt and mildew and jus yucky and definitely not worth 350.00!

Ive rented plenty of jump castle before normally through mutual friends but this year for my daughters 7th Birthday we havent to get her a big water slide since her friends from school where coming! My husband set it all of with these people and was told that they would be dropping it off between school hours when 5 oclock pm hit my husband text them asking when they were coming they said they were picking it up from storage now and would be on the way, we go big for every birthday so we had a birthday dinner planned at 7 pm for her by 6pm my husband called again they would they wouldnt be there until 7pm so we have my brother sit around and wait for them and miss his nieces birthday dinner, when my husband text them and told them since you are late dropping this off my brother in law is missing his nieces dinner party, they asked if it would be easier to drop it off tomorrow which Im glad we didnt agree to other wise we probably wouldnt have had the jump castle in time! When they finally got here they didnt even have a extension code which to us is very unprofessional beings that every mutual friend that we have rented from always had one to use! They were supposed to pick up Sunday they never came, they came Wes essay when NO ONE WAS HOME TO LET THEM IN THE BACK YARD We NEVER GOT ANY TEXT STATING THAT THEY WERE COMING they had to have jumped the fence to open our back gate, THANKFULY OUR DOGS WERE NOT BACK THERE AT THE TIME LIKE THEY ARE USUALLY OTHER WISE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN BITTEN OR WORSEthese people are very unprofessional and I really do not like the thought of someone being in my back yard without permission

We had a Birthday Party and had a lovely time, the people that set it up were very nice

I rented a slide for my childs 4th birthday well it was good at first told me I would get the slide between 11am-1pm on a Friday well we got it Friday night at 11:15 pm then when they got here they were arguing, cursing and all kinds of stuff that a business wouldnt do so they finally got it up sign the paper only stating that if anyone got hurt on the slide it would be on me ok signed it looked at the date the boy had put down the 27 when they clearly brought it on the 28 I told him and he said that the day didnt matter nothing else was filled out well asked them when would they be back to get it and they told me Sunday or Monday because they want to get it before it rains ok well Tuesday rolls around no calls no text from them to let us know anything I text the Tuesday evening and told them specifically that they needed to come get the slide on Wednesday between 5:30 and 7:00pm or I was charging storage fees well yes they showed up Wednesday at 9:30 pm to get a slide I was nice enough to come out and let them know that they needed to come back Thursday between 530 and 700 pm being my child was already in bed and we were getting ready for bed so they sat there and teold me they havent gotten a text and so fourth well my text message to them shows otherwise so finally they leave after a few words with my husband they pull out my drive way and come to find out they are sitting at the front of my neighborhood dont forget its almost 10pm so being the person I am we stay up a little longer to make sure they dont come in our yard finally I got tired told my husband I was calling cops I dont have time to be playing with these people well 11:20 pm rolls around and a officer shows up explains everything to him he asked if I have a copy of agreement told him no so he goes to them and they have the agreement with a pick up date that states between 5:30 and 10:00 Well thats pretty funny because if there was a pickup date or time an officer would have never been called and apparently that 27 on the paper just so happenef to turn into an 28 so with all this being said they did get there slide but they will not be getting anymore business from my family or friends they need to learn how to run a business and it sad when even the officer said that they look like something is wrong with them and not business like for showing up that late to get a slide please do not rent from them
