Driggers Small engine repair is a waste of time. I was met by a gentleman coming out of the service department door and he said they are getting sloppy here. I soon found out what he meant. There were six people behind the counter and only me and one other customer. I waited ten minutes to be told they don’t work on 2-cycle engines any longer. Really? You have a show room full of equipment with 2-cycle engines. No problem, someone else will get my business. Current and future.

My teenage son bought an expensive weed eater there this spring for his lawn care jobs. He had nothing but problems with it. He brought it back twice for help and each time the people at the desk were not helpful and would not produce a clear solution to his problem. They did not express any concern or care with the product or his problem. We will never go there again.

I took my blower in for a warranty service repair it looked the same as when I bought it brand new. I get it back and it looks like they rolled it in the dirt and on concrete. The sales people said it was pressure washed it definitely wasn’t pressure washed it was dirty and nasty. They were just rude about the whole situation.Update: Manager called me back the next day and was nice and respectful. He told me that was unacceptable the way the sales people handled the situation and he took care of my issue. Nice guy!

They are very knowledgeable when it comes to small engine repairs and parts. It may take awhile to get your machine looked at but thats because they are extremely busy.

Bought a carbide tipped stihl chainsaw chain. The chain wes obviously defective. We cut a small hole in 3/8” plywood, no nails. Almost all of the tips broke off, the service technician said it was caused by nails and would not warranty it. This is why people prefer to shop online. Make this place your last resort!

Came in with the pull cord cover for my air compressor. Just wanted to make sure I had put the cord on right. Was told by a lady at the front desk it would 2 days to look at. I just wanted to make sure I did it right, would have taken 5 seconds. Not very friendly at all.

I ordered a new tire for my riding lawn mower. Driggers was going to install it on my existing wheel. When my wheel was ready they told me the tire was fine and it just needed a new valve stem. It save me a good bit of money. Some businesses would have put the new tire on. I appreciate Driggers Small Engines honesty. It goes along way. Highly recommend them!

I have nothing but positive experiences to go with my purchase of commercial equipment. I had a little problem with an oil hose a couple of weeks after I bought it and they jumped on it asap - out of there in 30 minutes. They have the parts on hand and the folks that know how to use them. Bruce was extremely helpful in the sale ans subsequent service. These folks are downright country friendly. Love em.

Great place for all your saws and lawn mower repairs

Dropped off a mower asking for the PTO clutch to be replaced as it was broken. Tell me might be a little over two weeks. Two weeks rolls around I receive a call telling me it’s my PTO clutch is bad...which I already knew and was why I dropped it off. So I give the go ahead yet again, only to hear back another few weeks later to tell me the clutch was broken on it as well...so over a month later and nothing has been done with or to my mower. If you spent a whole two weeks diagnosing what I had already confirmed for you, just to tell me almost a month later you need another part? So here I am today picking up a mower that they’ve had for over a month now and absolutely nothing has been done to it except throw a little bit of oil in it. Awesome service guys!

Always easy to buy from here when I bring my mowers model number. Purchasing equipment here is also trouble free. Sometimes there is a line and the counter people never make you feel rushed and make sure you purchase what you need.

Second time I came to this place was wanting to buy battery trimmer and xmarks 60 inch commercial mower.Both time was there for 20 to 30 minutes and no one on sales floor to help or questions answered to buy the right ones. I should not have to beg for someone to help me. Im so turned off by lack of sales service that I will go and buy another brand.Thanks for saving me from wasting my money on a company that has no sales service. In 14 months I have bought 2 zero turns, 3 wackers, a chainsaw, a billy goat yard vacuum, hedge clippers, and about $1000 in attachments not to mention the little things down to my string. After 4 visits with a pressure washer that still wasnt fixed, I was told my Michael Driggers to just take it back to where I bought it an exchange it. I’m sure he knows the warranty process and that’s not how it works. He spent less that 2 minutes on the phone with me and I just wanted to know why someone wouldn’t test it after being there for 4 visits with the same issue. I gave it one star because it had great customer service. I gave them another star because the staff was very knowledgeable on what I was looking for and what I needed. I gave them their third star for the large selection of products. Lastly they got a fourth star for because they had pretty fair prices. I didn’t give them the 5th star because they were so busy it took sometime for someone to help me.

It was amazing, almost unbelievable. The service person slaved my.problem within 5 minutes of my arrival and l expected a charge of at least ten to twenty dollars and he said that will be$1.96. Ordered a part for our lawn mower and it came very quickly

Walked into the establishment at around 5pm, 30 minutes before closing, to a very cold reception. Young lady at the front desk(piercings everywhere with a very gothic look) acted as if though I was bothering her when asking for help. Told her I needed some assistance with repairs to my lawnmower. She responded by saying, theres a 4 week wait on repairs, still wanna drop it off, in a less than enthused tone. I responded with no thank you, and she went back to whatever she was doing without an apology or any of the common courtesy you get when entering and leaving most professional establishments. Anyway, horrible experience, I definitely would not recommend. Unless you want to roll the dice n see if you get someone other than the young lady I had the luxury of experiencing today(obvious sarcasm)...

Today I dropped off my push lawn more for a tune up. The employees and service at driggers is top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable about the business and they are very coperative. My lawn mower will not be ready for 2 weeks. That is the sign of lots of satisfied business.

Great customer service from what Ive got. Looking for a older model belt, desk front said the computer had no inventory of them so hed check for me. Went out back came back with one. Really cool place.

Not impressed with their friendly service or selection. Went in today for the spring sales event ready to buy a snapper rear engine riding lawnmower.They had one in stock model # RE130. Which is also a discontinued 2018 model. My father had purchased the same model, but a 2017 last year for a good price. The mower they had was apparently used outside as a display. Muffler covered in more than just surface rust. Gas had been spilt on tank and side of mower causing discoloration. Also the key that was in the ignition was rusted. Granted this is all cosmetic, but enough to warrant a little help on the price since the mower did not look brand New. Price on Mower was 1799.99 if you go to their website same mower is listed for 1699.99. Talked to a sales associate, offered the price my father paid last year. Sales associate quickly said no and moved on. No counter offer, or explanation. Driggers charges more in store than they offer on there website. BUYER BEWARE.

Unbelievable Incompetence - Took my Honda mower to them for a warranty repair on the rear wheel bushings. Waited a month to get fixed. First time I used it the drive locked up and real wheels seized 1/2 through the mow. Took mower back a 2nd time and waited another 3 weeks to get it back. 1st time I used it the bushings bracket came loose along with the rear wheel. Instead of wasting my time taking it back for them to screw up further, I took it to another Honda Dealer who charged me $60 to fix what Driggers had screwed up twice. Dealer said that there were multiple missing parts. Now mid-October I have a working mower. Driggers has no business calling themselves a Honda dealer totally incompetent and bungling service department. Would never do business with them again.

I will never go to this place again. The Lack of customer care and service is not there. Just picked up my lawn mower after they just rebuild a brand (new) carb that they just put on not even few months ago. spent 180.00 then another 132.00. I asked the young man that brought the lawnmower out about the issue, he does not say sorry for the issue will see if can get resolved, no walks off, goes gets a manager, Talked to manager out side told him the issue he stated have no clue what was done to my lawn mower. Instead of going inside to find out what the problem or issue is to get it solved, he was more concerned about the stock on a pallet. As I was talking to him he walks off. This is so sad how they treat customers and there products, its all about the money to them. Take the money an run type attitude, Now I get the mower home and start it it now smokes oil humm.. did not do this before. oh this will probably get deleted

Moses Driggers, Eddie Tyler, and others at Driggers Small Engine are some of the best people I know in Summerville. They care about the needs of their customers and go out of their way to prove it. Its not just about getting the sale for these guys. They really seem to have the customers best interest in mind.

I do the maintenance at one of the mhp here in Summerville. I deal with triggers both for park equipment and my own. I have never been there when someone there couldnt help me with a part that was needed. Everyone there I have delt with had a great customer attitude and did their utmost to help with my parts needs.

Seen a few negative reviews listed and Ive bought and serviced quite a few items over the years @ Driggers and Ive always found everyone very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Did not complete all services as I asked them to. Got my mower back and an issue arrised, which they corrected when I took it back up there.Overpriced for what you get. Customer service is not the best. I had to call several times to check the status and when it was completed, I didnt know until I called them. Wouldnt recommend.

I bought a Stihl Km 56 R in May 2018 the first issue was there was a strong gas smell and started to see small amounts of gas leakage coming from the power head . I took it back and was told that sometimes they over fill it and to watch it and if it continued to bring it back so i did. They replaced it with a new one and issue stopped but the the new implements I had bought would not connect to the power head so after looking down inside I found wire staples laying on the bottom of the shaft? I removed them and my weed trimmer worked but the other implements would not . Took it back and they said they would need to replace the power head shaft apparently the staples I found were wire clips that fit into the shaft head . Thats when I spoke to the manager and I explained to him I needed it by Saturday ( i took it in on Tuesday that week) the manager Tyler told me it would be ready don’t worry . So I called Friday just to check on it and was told it wasn’t ready but would call me. Saturday morning I called and they told me that they had to order the parts for it? It’s one thing if it was old but my god I bought it in May! What did they do give me a used power head on the first Replacement head? Not sure if I’m making a big deal out of it but I’m pissed I paid good money for it and I thought Stihl was the best?
