Was given a ring my grandfather had custom made years ago for my wedding last weekend that needed to be sized. They did an absolutely amazing job. I really wanted to wear it this weekend to an event but figured I wouldnt get it until Monday. But the amazing gentleman called me and said my ring was ready today! He did a beautiful job at a fair price!! Thank you guys so much for the amazing job you guys did, I cant stop staring at my hand!

Dropped off my pocket watch 8-21-2020 to be fixed. Picked up my pocket watch today 8-02-2021, almost 1 year.Unbelievable, and charged 20 dollars to boot.

Summerville Jewelers did a wonderful job repairing and restoring my husbands Seiko watch that was over 40 years old and traveled the world with him. They made it function in look brand new. They also repaired a jewelry box that was over 30 years old my first husband brought me home from Northern Italy. Its so wonderful to have these items that have such sentimental value to us looking so good. Great job!

I absolutely love them! I first found them almost 2 years ago, I went in to have my wedding rings sized. They were absolutely great!! I had other issues with my rings, all my fault might I add, and they always came through for me!! Great customer service! I went in on Tuesday to have my new set down sized and once again they exceeded my expectations!! My rings were ready today (Thursday) and they were shining so beautifully!! I love these guys and I will never deal with any other company ever!!! I would recommend them to anyone, you will not regret it!! When you find genuine people, you should tell others about them!! A ring was gifted to me by my grandfather that I wear every day. He passed away soon after gifting me the ring and being an extremely sentimental person I grew even more attached to the ring. I had it treated by another jeweler for an issue with a setting and he simply glued it in place very sloppily which barely managed to hold it together for much longer. After the ring completely fell apart, I brought it here to David for his repair and he put incredible care, time, and precision into fixing my very sentimental piece for me. It looked ten times as brilliant as it had before and i could continue to think about my grandfather and the times I had with him instead of having to keep the ring in poor shape hidden inside of a jewelry box. I always go back to David for the needs I have with this ring or any other pieces I own. He is tremendously generous and honest and would trust him with anything.

Recently moved in the area and needed my wedding ring resized. I was a bit hesitant as I didn’t know any of the local jewelers. After calling a couple places and finding out they would have my ring at least three weeks as they awaited an estimate and then send the ring out for the work, I was so relieved to find Summerville Jewelery Repair. They not only do all their work in house but I had my ring back the very next day! It looks and fits perfectly. I highly recommend them and am so appreciative.

I have had jewelry repaired there took some time but eventually was able to pick it up, now I see that they are closed and the building is vacant, I have a very important ring that was in for A gem replacement, I checked several times on the status and I was told they would call me, if anyone knows how I can contact them that would be great, the phone voicemail is full

Over the past few yearsI have taken two clocks in for repair and cleaning; both are working perfectly again. It took a few weeks to get each back but that has always been my experience with mechanical clocks.

Normally, I wouldnt even waste my time responding to the review below by Mr. Mercado, but after coming across it I was so appalled by its outright slanderous content, I felt compelled to do so. I have known this rude old man as he is referred to for 10+ years, and Mr. Mercados ridiculous description is almost humerous to those who know him. It showcases a complete sense of ignorance as well as a disregard for accuracy when writing a review of a business. I cannot speak to Mr. Mercados experience at Summerville Jewelers due to the fact that his review is nothing more than an attack on a persons character rather than facts, but I can say that this rude old man has served to many around him as a mentor, friend, role model AND a jeweler. This man conducts ever aspect of his life with honesty and integrity. I guess Mr. Mercado believes he is an excellent judge of character since he is able to broadcast damaging and slanderous material about someone after a 5 minute interaction.However, we are all entitled to our opinions, no matter how ignorant they are

Stay away!!!! These men are crooks! David Mitchell rudest old man ever! No respect for woman youd be appauled on how he spoke! They will break ur stuff and have u pay for it! Please find another jeweler you are wasting your money here and quality of repair is poor!!

They appear to have closed. They have my husbands Tag Heuer watch, which they were supposed to quote a repair on. Phone is disconnected.

I had a hard to find part. Not only did they locate it but they were able to fix it as well.

All I will say is I was VERY disappointed by my experience today and will take my business elsewhere.
