Here’s a before and after of my engagement and wedding ring. Around Thanksgiving, I was cooking up a storm and placed my rings on the counter while handling raw chicken. Somehow they got pushed into the sink without us noticing and the garbage disposal destroyed them. I had little hope for them to be repaired due to how badly they were damaged, but this shop surprised me with making them look as good as new! The skill they have there is unbelievable! They’re so kind, too! For an unbeatable price, I have my rings back. I couldn’t be more thankful or in awe at the fantastic job done! Thank you!

Took my engagement ring to be resized. It was done the next day and was PERFECT! It was cleaned and looked brand new after (it’s a 55 year old ring). I was expecting to pay a lot for how beautifully it turned out but the price was affordable and couldn’t believe how low it was for the amazing quality. I will definitely take any and all jewelry here from now on.

I am happy to have found Bob London again. I had lost track after his dad died and the London Jewelry store had to close. Years ago, he and his dad made two custom rings for me and a ring and a pendant for my friend. Super honest people. Awesome job on every piece. Very talented. I still have my two rings. I have been taking my jewelry for repair and cleaning at Bob London Jewelry, for over 20 years. He is very skilled in repairing jewelry and has not disappointed me yet.

Ive tried to get an appointment since February 2020. They will not return my call. I called at least 5 times and went to the shop twice. They had been highly recommended.

Mr. London puts all other jewelry repair shops to shame. We took my fiancees engagement to be resized. He resized and cleaned it beautifully in 1 HOUR. We went to Kays jewelry and they said 2 weeks and called another repair shop and they said a week at almost 10x the price. You will not be disappointed if you let him fix, repair or clean any of your jewelry.

Bob replaced a teeny, tiny diamond chip in my ring while I waited. He only charged me $10 to do what another shop wanted to charge me $70 to do! They seem to be all about doing a good job and treating customers fairly. I was so impressed that I had to go leave a good review.

In reference to jewelry (necklaces specifically) be sure to give them a couple or three weeks to fix them. I brought 1 necklace in the second week of April and the owner told me that it would be ready in three days. Three days came and my jewelry was not fixed. Fast forward to May 1st- i stopped by because i was certain that after a few weeks, it would be ready, NOT! Fortunately, there was another assistant there who could make the repairs while i was waiting. The only reason I take my items there is because his prices are very reasonable and it beats paying 40 to 60 dollars at the mall. It would be best to CALL THEM FIRST to check on your jewelry, no matter if you waited 1 week or 1 month. They stay busy.

Excellent service and very reasonable repair pricing. I had a blue diamond mount corrected and resizing of the band with no harm to the color of the diamond. I also have used services for watch bracelet link removal for the perfect fit. All done timely with great pricing and careful craftmanship.

AMAZING!!! I bought a ring and needed it sized. A friend told me about Bob London. I called at 8:30am and asked if he could size it. I was told yes and that he tries to get them sized same day or next day depending on the stones and jewelry. I dropped my ring off early at 8:45. He called me at 9:56 telling me it was ready for pickup. Super fast and friendly. I will be bringing all of my jewelry to them :)

So glad that I found Bob and Kevin. I needed a watch bracelet sized and didn’t have the proper size pin pusher. I called Bob and he told me to bring it right in. Kevin took care of it, quickly. I also had Bob stretch a ring for me that was a little too tight. Now it fits perfectly. Beyond reasonable price ... I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back for other jewelery needs.

Great guy! Took in a 20 year old, little heart ring that wasnt anything special to look at. Mr. London cleaned it right then and there. We chatted for about 5 or 10 mins while I waited. Great job, kind and generous will be taking all jewelry to him in the future!

Stopped by today because I thought the diamond was loose in my ring. He looked at it immediately, assured me that it wasn’t loose, and cleaned it—all for free. Nice and quick visit. Would highly recommend!

These guys are great.. Brought them three older watches, a Tag Heuer that was 25 years old, a Tag Heuer that was 12 years old, and an 8 year old Seiko, all quartz powered and all were dead. They replaced the batteries in all 3 watches and luckily even the 25 year old watch starting hitting like brand new. I dont subject them to deep diving but they apparently are still sealed well enough for showers and casual swims since opening them. They did the work while I watched and i was in and out in 30 minutes. Price was reasonable enough especially considering the replacement cost of them or sending to authorized repair shop. If you plan to dive its probably a different consideration but that was not an issue for me.

It all started with a watch band. . Needed some links to be removed.. We were pleasantly relieved when the watch was examined and without even batting an eyelash the links were gently removed, placed in a baggie returned to us, the band was then put back together the watch was placed on my partners wrist and she grinned from ear to ear.. We were worried coz the watch is made out of wood (thanks to a metal allergy) .. But that didnt phase this expert one bit.. Amazing prices and gentle expertise.. We will be back! 5 stars all the way! ;)

Great work. Got a watch battery replaced here for only $10! Take the few negative reviews with a grain of salt. Justin Dollar who posted a 1/5 negative review has posted 1 star reviews on 32/37 of his reviews! Jordan Adamson only has 1 review. Almost everyone else gives Bob a perfect review so that speaks volumes about his high quality service!

I had several pieces of jewelry that needed repairs. They were very reasonable in cost n had all repaired two hrs later ! Will definitely take future repairs there. If its a simple battery change for a watch..they can do on the spot.

I’ve being going to London’s ever since he and his Dad had a business near BiLO on Bacons Bridge. #1. He is honest. His prices are totally reasonable. He set a 3.3 carat solitaire diamond for me so I totally trust him. Honesty matters when dealing with jewelry. He’s great! My sister also uses him and he is who I would refer anyone to. Yep, I’ve been to all the high dollar jewelers but for repairs they will over charge and will NOT do a better job than Bob.

I got an emerald ring in gold delivered from India but unfortunately it was of small size and I had to resize that. After reading all the positive reviews about Mr.London’s shop I decided to try it out. He resized the ring within 30 mins in front of us and it was looking wonderful. I also got two silver anklets resized and cleaned by him, both now looking like brand new. I was really impressed with his craftsmanship, also he charged very reasonable. I would definitely go to his shop for future needs even if it is a bit far from my place. I would recommend him to any one for any jewelry repair work, you won’t be disappointed.

Does not stand behind his work. When a question is raised, he insults you and tries to send you to a guy he knows to pay more money to fix it. A complete lack of customer service skills, and you can equate his craftsmanship to that as well.
