Ive tried multiple different gyms and work out routines in locations across the US and Canada. Shawns program is keeping me with it, engaged, and seeing great results. Truly a great experience for anyone. I have known MSgt Stuart for a while and he cares for people and wants them to be great everywhere he goes. I went to Full Circle Fitness and nothing had changed. Giving me the best workout tailored towards my personal goals and ability. With having played baseball, track, and soccer I considered myself pretty conditioned but he still pushed me past my limits to make me a better athlete. Honestly anyone can benefit from a membership no matter how far you are in your fitness journey.
