Dan did a great job. He is very detail oriented, and takes his time. He walked us all around the exterior afterwards pointing out details. Very happy customer.

After doing some renovations on our store our floors desperately needed help! They were able to get up years and years of damage and stains. Could not be more pleased! The staff are very friendly. Cant wait for the floors in the rest of the store to be completed!

Capitol Service Group was so responsive when I reached out to them! They got me an appointment sooner than I expected, and showed up on time and ready to work. I had concerns about burning leaves of bushes and having a strong bleach smell after pressure washing, but they explained their low pressure, lower cleaning mixture ratios (1:50 instead of 1:10) how they would rather go over it multiple times rather than burn plants with the chemicals. It was so great to have them come out! Thank you Capitol Service Group!

I am a cleaning company and was hired by this company to help do jobs. I went to a Winter Haven location all was well got paid. Then was asked to go to Clearwater 60 miles away from where I normally clean took the job and its been 2 days since we left the location and I have yet to be paid. There was not 1 complained there was no sign that this was going to happen I am not getting any call back no one will answer the phone or respond to any of my messages trying to get paid for a job that I have completed. Very bad business and I know I did the job well because the gentleman at the last location said he did not want anyone else cleaning his house but us. Im not sure what the problem is but its very bad business on their part not to be communicating with me or trying to pay a bill that they owe! I would never recommend this company they go on Craigslist and they find people that they can use in a throw them away and dont pay them. I AM CONTACTING BBB AND FILING A SMALL CALAIMS HEARING.

Daquan is the BOMB DOT COM!!! He has come to our home twice now to professionally clean a couple area rugs and upholstered sectional couch and he and Capital Service Group is hands down the best!! We officially have a quarterly reminder on our calendar to schedule with Daquan for routine cleanings!

CSG was able to get me in quickly and did a good job cleaning the house. The only minor thing that could be improved is replacement of the hose and nozzle to the original position and removal of the trash generated during the cleaning. However, the house was cleaned really well and all the patio furniture was put back in place nicely as well. Great job especially for the price!
