I unfortunately had to bring my Dachshund here, to be put down, after calling all around all morning, knowing it was time...and to say, the compassion and empathy shown to my dog by the staff at this place, in her final hours was unsurpassed. After being taken back immediately, everything that was about to happen was told to me in detail.Unfortunately, Eva passed before any euthanizing medications could be administered. I was only charged for the clay paw print they made for my family in remembrance. They allowed me as much time as needed with Eva. They also arranged cremation services for us, and everything.Being a complete train wreck of a man at the time, you all have my wholehearted gratitude in the way we were approached with every aspect of your demeanor. I cant thank you enough for easing the pain of our loss. Eva was as much a member of our family as any of us. Its truly noted. Also, having my own career in medicine, your staff sets the bar for compassionate, patient centered care, no matter animal or human.Thank you again! If there were 6 stars, the staff here deserves all of them!
This place is not 24 hours. We brought in our lab who was having some major complications. The open sign was on, and We walked in there at 1 in the morning, and they said “i’m sorry we can’t take her, we have a surgery”, “you can take her columbia instead and i can give you the directions”. I thought this establishment, was able to accommodate more than one pet at a time, but apparently not. The lack of consideration, reasoning, and hospitality, is unacceptable. If you care about your pets and want the best for them, or someone to at LEAST check on them, i do not recommend you take your baby here.
My golden retriever was bitten on the nose by a copperhead on a Saturday night (2 days ago). I called and asked their advice, they told me to bring him in right away and give them a call to speed up intake over the phone on my way. They were very helpful and professional, very upfront with pricing, and friendly/caring about my baby. They were extremely busy when we arrived, so it did take a couple of hours to have a finalized plan for his treatment, but they solidified a low end and high end price for a 24-36 hour stay, they were upfront about charging me for the high end and refunding any overcharge after his stay was complete(which they did!), and explained everything in detail. The doctor (Dr. Adams) was so friendly on the phone and helped to put me at ease that my dog was in good hands. They told me I could call anytime 24/7 to check on him, and also when I would expect to hear updates from the doctor. We were able to pick him up after a 24 hour stay, and although he was drowsy and still under sedation, he is well on his road to recovery now! I highly recommend this facility for any serious emergencies, especially a scary situation like a copperhead bite! It was expensive, $2500, but on par with what I would expect to be charged for that procedure.
Weve always gone to our regular vet for routine care, but our 14yr old dog woke up at 2am and was unable to stand. We rushed him to the Summerville office and we were helped quickly. Unfortunately we had very few choices but to elect for humane euthanasia, but the team was incredible from beginning to end. Joshua Hilton was our tech who was so sweet and helped us through each step. Dr. Johnson was kind and walked the perfect line between clinical and personal. It was a terrible night but they all did their best to make it go as smoothly as possible and we are grateful.
Wonderful, caring and compassionate staff! Unfortunately I was there with my sweet girl of 12 years, sweet Jayda. She had a bleeding mass in her abdomen. So I had to make that dreaded decision and ease her pain. From the front desk to the doctors and staff, everyone was so kind and patient. They gave me all the time I needed in the Comfort Room with my girl. Very informative, professional and compassionate staff who helped me during a very hard time. Highly recommend.
Brought my dog Elsa in a couple weeks ago; long story short she needed emergency surgery and had a 50/50 chance of surviving. The decisions the staff made saved my girl. I know it couldve have gone another way very easily and it would have been no ones fault however I appreciate their knowledge and keeping me informed. I called so many times for days that I knew the names of techs and receptionists. All were wonderful. Thank you sincerely. Also, we appreciate the military discount 💕
After charging for diagnostics in the amount of $509 for X-ray, labs and hydration we were forced to make the decision to let our pet go. We were then charged additional charges for euthanasia, although it was less then $100.00 in my opinion euthanizing should be included as good faith in a horrible situation. Sending staff out to collect to kill our pet seemed very inappropriate and uncaring. Between diagnostics, euthanasia and cremation we were charged $1090. Seems cold Summerville needs low cost options like Dr. Jeff.
Dr. Taylor is amazing! Wilbur has had a very long road and Dr. Taylor and her staff have done everything they can to make it more bearable! The accessibility, flexibility and genuine care of the staff has really made this process as good as it can be! Tammy at the front desk is also very kind and helpful!
The vets and staff are exceptional. Not only were they compassionate and professional, they were also very thoughtful. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I do I know they will take great care of us.
Me and my husband would like to thank the staff for everything they did when it came to poet last night, yall were absolutely the sweetest and very kind. Bringing poet in like that was absolutely so scary for me, Ive never experienced that in my life and yall did great keeping me calm. We appreciate you all for letting us spend time with him so we can say our goodbyes and letting us hold him up until he took his last breath we thank u all so very much. We know things like that also affects you all and we just hope and pray that theres comfort for you all as well. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. With great appreciation,The Gibson Family ❤
We came in under very difficult circumstances on a busy night and were treated with extraordinary kindness and compassion. The whole team is wonderful and professional. We are very grateful. I most appreciated the good communication and beautiful comfort room. I work in palliative care and really hoped to say goodbye to our dog at home. However, the comfort room we used was the next best thing and that meant so much to us.
I am very pleased with all staff and the wonderful doctor that saw my Tommy. I have been there in the past with my other kitty and loved the staff and doctor then as well. I have had my niece and my parents bring their pets their.Thank you for being so caring and loving with my fur baby. How compassionate your staff is when dealing with a very sick pet
Did not like how I was rushed off the phone, could barely finish a sentence to even explain why I was calling or to get advice on what to do till the morning. Unfortunately until I get a car and get familiar to the are I do t have a choice but to rely on this place. Please do better on Customer service
I would recommend Veterinary Specialty Care in Summerville with the highest of recommendations. The staff was friendly, helpful, kind and professional and the facility was exceptionally clean. During the visit I was kept informed by a technician of everything I needed to know to make the decisions I needed to make. I would definitely take my pets there again should any after hours emergency take place.
We had to take our dog in for bad cut under her chin. Staff was wonderful! Took great care of our dog. Dr. Powers explained everything to us thoroughly & called once she was in recovery from surgery. You always hope you never have to go to the emergency vet but our dog was given wonderful care.
They took good care of our baby boy Toby after he was bit by a copperhead snake. They explained everything as the evening progressed & provided options for his care. Thank you very much! He’s doing so much better just two days after the incident. ❤️🐾
They give 100% no matter how busy they are. Always kind, caring and dedicated to what they do and i truly appreciate the time they take to sit and speak with you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my two little girls and getting them in quickly being so swamped. You all rock!
Took our 4 month Pom to emergency care as he wasn’t feeling well and concerned it was more than something he ate.the staff was caring and professional, did all kinds of tests, wife and I both allowed to wait in building and couple of hours later our Puppy came back home and slept and was given the right meds and it didn’t “break the bank”.Truly appreciate all the staff there. Thanks. and my little Pom is back to being a cute, mischievous, lovable “dogzilla” whom we name Casper.I will use them again and thank our vet for recommending them. we had about a 15 min wait time till he was seen. 🐶. Happy again and we are too. Blessings to a great staff
We had to take one of our kitties for emergency care. The Summerville Veterinary Specialty Care office gave us prompt, efficient service, & they did not pressure us to add medical procedures. They told us the various services available & let us make the decision as to what was required. Our kitty isnt out of the woods yet, but she got the best possible service for her needs. We are glad this facility is available!
Great staff! How efficient they are really helps! I recommend them to anyone! Especially in an emergency situation.
Going to the emergency vet is never an easy experience; however, they made it as easy as they possibly could throughout the entire process of taking care of Bella. They have the most loving and caring staff I have ever met and were very reassuring through every step of ensuring Bella was getting the best care. Dr. Graham is an amazing doctor and I am so grateful that Bella was treated here with the wonderful staff. I will never have to think hard about bringing her here because I know she is going to be taken care of in the best manner. Thank you so much!
Top notch care and customer service. Words alone cannot express the care and concern they showed for my situation. The constant updates and kind hearted nature of the staff made a tough situation easier to handle. The phone calls from the veterinarian and surgeon were thorough in explanation and also showed the true passion these individuals have for their craft.
Dr. Schow and the tech assigned to Sophie were absolutely amazing in taking excellent care of my baby. They were compassionate and educated us on Sophies condition at that time and possible future needs, etc. I would highly recommend both and certainly would use them again. The immediate care upon arrival and communication to us in regards to her condition was very much appreciated.
The staff here is wonderful and caring. Its a busy hospital but people were so friendly to me and kind to my cat. They answered all my questions and helped me feel at ease. What I appreciated most was the thoughtfulness for my cat Joe.
I called them around 11pm on Saturday night about our dog that was hit by a car and couldn’t get him to my vets office till Monday to be cremated. They were willing to take him in so that he could be taken care of right away. I wish this was for them saving him by so glad they were there. When they picked him up they were all very loving to him. Thank you.
OMG....Love this place. The staff are amazing and very caring and Dr. McKinzie was awesome. Took my dog in for a mass on her stomach and they were so helpful and explained everything to a T and left no stone untirned. The cost was very acceptable and low. I RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PETS HERE FOR TOP NOTCH CARE.
Awesome place! Honest, straight forward and caring people that took great concern for our Beagle Oliver. We will be back because our pets are always getting into trouble, especially on weekends and holidays!
My dog had an emergency laryngeal spasms last Saturday. Unfortunately he passed away no fault of the clinic or the veterinarian. They were very nice. However, I went to pick up my dogs ashes today and they never took his paw print. This is a service they offer we were asked if we wanted a paw print when they asked what we wanted to have don’t with the body. They then proceeded to ask us two more times once as we were leaving and again on the phone what we wanted to do with the body and if we wanted a paw print. At the time we were in shock as our beloved best friend just died. Looking back I feel it was disorganized and I m very disappointed that I did not get my dogs paw print after telling them yes three times that we wanted one. From one very sad grieving dog mom.
I am livid right now. My husband and I just got home from taking our little 7lb Bella to the Veterinary Specialty Care in Summerville. The reason we brought her in is because Bella had collapsed, she was breathing heavy, seemed to have a hard time catching her breath, she couldnt get up, or stand or walk, and she was moaning in pain. She was obviously in duress. When we pulled up to the front of the building, we called the front desk, explained what Bella was experiencing, and the young lady said to bring her right in to the emergency side. We did. I filled out the paperwork, and we waited. After several minutes, a technician came out, and we had to explain what was going on with Bella again, including informing her that Bella has a heart murmur. The young technician picked up Bella, and asked a few questions. She told us she thought Bella seemed to be doing ok, and that they were pretty busy and if we felt the need to see the emergency doctor, we could go to their Mt. Pleasant location. Seriously? We were just brushed aside and no help was given to Bella. When a dog collapses and has trouble breathing and is moaning in pain, thats a sure sign something bad is going on.We are still in a state of shock, that this emergency clinic couldnt take our Bella to a room to examine her, get blood work or any other tests that might figure out what is wrong with her. Our Bella is 11 years old, usually pretty healthy, so her collapsing and finding it difficult to breathe, is not normal. What constitutes a pet medical emergency???
Dr. Frazer was excellent all around! She was very attentive to my concerns, wanted a thorough history and what treatments had already been given. She was really great in working with me to find an agreeable solution we were all comfortable with. A true doc who listens to understand not just to practice medicine! Im so glad she is in my neighborhood for all my pets should we need her in the future. Magnolia and I Thank you Dr. Frazer!
Staff was kind and considerate. Facility was clean and comfortable. We were thankful for a quiet room and the comfort of our baby as she went to sleep.
Our beloved cat was bitten by a viper Saturday afternoon. We called our usual vet and were directed to go here. Bernie was taken in within minutes of arrival. The entire staff was caring and informative and quick. Dr. Powers explained the treatment plan in detail, and was clear on the costs. Bernie stayed overnight, and we found out that the center has a vet on staff 24/7. Dr. Powers gave us an update at 11:00 that night and again midday the next day. We could not have asked for a better experience in such a stressful time! So grateful to Veterinary Specialty Care ! Bernie says Thank you for taking such good care of me! Communication and Caring
I was needing to take my dog to an emergency vet at 5:00 in the morning on a holiday and Veterinary Specialty Care was there for us. Staff was great, including Dr. Andrews who was honest and upfront about costs of different services before going forward. Service was quick too. Would highly recommend!!
Staff was friendly and facility was neat and clean inside. Only issue was wait time which cannot always be controlled. I felt like my Sophie was safe with the staff and getting the best treatment available.
Husband and I were very pleased with the communication and care we and our Bristol received during her stay there. I am so very THANKFUL that Sville has an ED close by. All our interactions with every technician, receptionist, and attending DVM was outstanding. Communication and Care
My suzi Q who was a 17 year old yorkie died at home 130 in am. Husband took her to them requesting cremation. Thank you for being compassionate!!
Although my visit took more than 5 hours, I cannot say enough about this facility. They do need a 2nd doctor in the evenings and probably more techs. But considering the number of pets visiting the night I was there, they did a remarkable job! They were caring with my pet and with me, they took time to explain each process and the plan of continued care. So glad you are in Summerville! Thank you! The nicest thing about this facility is the care, concern and compassion that you had for me and for my pet.
My severely distressed dog was evaluated and treated immediately. Everyone from vets, techs to admin were caring and professional. My little guy was in good hands.
Excellent immediate care. Staff was remarkable. Concerned, caring and helpful. Constantly keeping us up to date 24-7. Concern of Doctor Powers and staff of keeping my dog alive. The constant watch they kept over her.
FROM START TO FINISH, EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE OF ALL STAFF INVOLVED. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR MY FURBABIES AND EACH TIME HAS BEEN AMAZING. WITH THE RESTRICTIONS OF COVID, SITTING OUTSIDE WAITING IS NERVE RACKING WHEN THEY ARE ASSESSING AND TREATING MY BABYS BUT THEIR CONSTANT COMMUNICATION OF WHAT IS GOING ON, SPEAKS VOLUMES TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT TO THE PET OWNERS. THEIR FOLLOW UP IS ALSO EXCEPTIONAL! THOROUGH REVIEW OF MY BABIES, CONSTANT COMMUNICATION, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES!
Very satisfied with the Internal Dr. She was very informative and explained my options in detail. Being on time. Speaking with a caring internist.
My geriatric dog and I received the best care last night. Dr. Kelley took her time explaining the treatment options and I could tell she really cared about him as a patient and me as a DogMom. Although I hope we do not need to return for another emergency visit I know if we do he will receive the best care!! The care given to him and the time spent to explain options to me was above average. She did not hurry the conversation along and that meant a lot to me!
The technician and the doctor were so helpful, easy to understand, and really caring. I appreciated how well you explained the different options and you took my concern seriously. I was there for a surgery consult and a week prior, my dog changed from acting like a puppy and energetic, to a slow, confused, slightly unstable on her feet older dog. She didnt eat for 3 days. And you didnt dismiss what I said but started working on a solution. Thank you. I will be back.
Everyone was fantastic and super nice!! The ease of everything with what was happening with our pup!! Everyone kept us informed and up to date. Made sure our pup got the best care possible. With this being our first emergency vet use it was easy and calming. Definitely recommended to my friends and family if they ever have any emergency.
Amazing and understanding staff. Felt that everyone really cared about our struggling dog. The sincerity and concern for our fur baby made us feel at ease.
The doctors, vet techs and other personnel have always been very helpful and caring. I have no doubt in their capabilities. Trust them completely.
This place seems to only care about hiking up absolutely outrageous bills. Recommending unnecessary and expensive tests and said they offered discounts, but then at the end, thousands of dollars in, they say oh yeah sorry, those discounts dont apply.(despite 2 different people saying differently through the process.) absolutely terrible. They dont seem to care about what is best for the animal, just what will jack the price up. Feels absolutely gross.
Our dogs got into it tonight and I stopped by to see what the wait was, the girl at the front desk was very rude. I ask if the wait was long and her response was to throw up her hands like look around!! Great customer service! I chose to give my dog pain meds so we could see our own vet in the morning!
The staff were SO nice and courteous. I was very tearful when someone came to the parking lot to get her, I even started tearing up, but the staff person was so nice and reassuring. The vet I spoke to on the phone was very thorough about everything and very courteous as well. And the staff member that checked us out took his time to explain each medicine and how my dog should take it. Courtesy and compassion were key and they went above and beyond.
Great place. They took the time to see what was actually wrong with my cat. I was able to be in the exam room which I truly appreciated. They caught what was wrong with him that Banfield and Flowertown missed entirely. So happy I was able to get an appointment here and get my baby taken care of.
Im from Rhode Island came to visit my family and my dog needed a emergency- What a amazing people from the staff to the doctors they are very knowledgeable, for the second time they took a excellent care of my dog. thank you Summerville vet emergency for the Attention and be knowledgeable.
Everyone we have come into contact with has been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Dr Mims is awesome! I never feel rushed and all my questions are answered.
Dr. Taylor is super and has given our girl at least another year! Always easy to talk with. And the staff are top notch. Friendly, helpful and caring. We still have our Dog. Cancer survivor for at least a year. Hopefully more!
Very pleased .. she answered the exact questions I had. And gave my baby pain meds. These work..unlike others I recd.He is finally sleeping after 7 days awake I feel they cared about Jerry my cat
I have been bringing my dogs, young and old to Dr. Bianucci for about 26 years. The care, both medical and surgical has always been, in my opinion, top notch and every question or concern I have is addressed with respect and understanding. I feel extremely confident the decisions we make as a team effort on behalf of my pets are always in my pets best interests.During the pandemic, quality of customer and pet care has not been affected. The management of arrival, check in, picking up/delivering your pet and consultation is handled respectfully and timely. Its been an honor to have Dr. Bianucci as part of my dogs medical team!Respectfully,Leslie Kern
We brought our cat Jack in for an emergency visit and cannot thank the team enough for all that theyve done. How they cared for our cat like he was there own, it was amazing. We can’t wait to update everyone on his progress!
Very friendly and understanding staff. I can in between 1am-2am. The group that assisted me where amazing. The spoke to me as though they cared. Also the next day when I took my dog to work they had already faxed over the report to my job for further care! That was very efficient. I appreciate the staff that worked with jewels and I that day. Helpfulness
Great vet, reasonable prices considering it was emergency hours. Prompt, caring service
Staff is very caring and kind. Quick! They got us in and within 10minutes we were talking to the vet, figuring out what was wrong and our options. Everyone I talked to showed tremendous compassion. Would 100% recommend them.
Going to the emergency vet is always scary and an emotional experience. This place was great during the covid protocols, even though we had to wait in our cars instead of in a room or in the waiting room, being in your car gave you your own space to be in while you waited. The staff was nice, understanding and informative. I am glad we did what was recommended to reassure our fur baby was going to be okay with his 1st trip to the emergency vet, it wasnt as bas as we thought, which was reassuring. They are very honest and caring.
The emergency services were very speedy and proficient. My pet was admitted soon after the initial phone call to the clinic. The staff kept me informed of my pets well being as they did testing. Strict health safety procedures in place at the clinic kept potential virus exposure to a minimum. The best part of the visit was the overall efficiency and competency of the staff.
Staff was extremely friendly and took very good care of our dog. Good communication with the treatment plan and updating us on her status.
Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate feeling like my concerns for my pet are valid and heard. I was able to ask questions rather than being talked over. I left there feeling much more hopeful.
Sending your best friend off to a time and dimension you can barely imagine is not a decision that leaves space in your conscious mind for red tape, meaningless forms, cranky people, or dozens of questions you thought your very presence in such a place should have answered. Our experience with your facility and your staff was none of those things. From the moment the receptionist answered the phone to the moment we left our friend in your care for his journey to the crematorium, we were treated with the most amazing compassion, understanding, and acceptance. There really is no way to express our appreciation.
We had a great experience with the emergency vet! They really listened and understood our concerns and were transparent about their wait times and went above and beyond to help us!
This was my first time here because my regular Vet was closed and this was an emergency! Everyone was kind and professional, got my lil guy all fixed up in a Jiffy! I give them an A+!!Great customer service!
I honestly feel like these people save the life of our Welsh terrier. She was diagnosed with something called acute HGE. Look it up, it isnt pleasant. Callie was in pretty bad shape by the time we got her there. Two days in animal ICU and she is doing much better. Right around $1,600 later and several unwanted fleas, Callie is back home and still with us.
Our kitten died because they said it would be a 7 to 8 hr wait. She was not eating would not could not walk but they sent us away and our baby died. Ypu are even worse than the 24 hr place on Shelby court in West Ashley. Treat animals dont worry so much about making money. WORTHLESS
The worst experience I have ever experienced. The girl at the reception area was extremely rude and insensitive. She on, Dana ray Desiree and a few others were absolutely amazing .Only half the people here are compassionate caring and actually care about the animals and animal parents as they should.
Wonderful, caring staff. Dr. Adam was thorough, thoughtful, and ensured we understood every step of the process while addressing our concerns.
I am forever grateful for the people at Veterinary Specialty Care. They took incredible care of our dog while he was in their hands, and were extremely communicative via phone about care options while we waited outside. Unfortunately, after my first great experience, we had to return a second time for the one reason that no one wants to visit a vet for....they made the experience absolutely beautiful. The rooms have doors to the outside for discretion, and they arent clinical feeling whatsoever. The room had the atmosphere of a spa, with babbling brook sounds, salt lamps, warm lighting, sweet photos of happy animals, and a cozy couch. They made the entire unbearable process not only bearable, but they made it special. They gave us a paw print impression with our dogs name and were very sweet and respectful in handling our wishes. I cannot thank this establishment enough for everything they did for me and my family.
The folks here leave you feeling that your pet is in good hands with the best care possible. They listen, understand, and address all questions and concerns. So nice and caring, highly recommend.
I have Been turned away a total of 3 times, after I was told to come back the first time if the meds they prescribed was not working, then to be turned away because they had to close due to staffing issues, then to be turned away AGAIN! Because my dog was not in critical condition……. Even though I was told to come back in the morning by the receptionist the night prior!!!!
If I was able to leave a no star rating I would. I have a dog thats epileptic. At the beginning of my dogs visit I explained what he needed to get his seizures under control. Five hours later they say we are going to give him Keppra through Iv. Keep in mind Ive already told them I have the same meds at home. So finally they are going to give him the meds he needs in his iv. So they come back out and so oh, we pulled his iv so we cant give him the meds he needs. But we can keep him over night. I asked about a script for the meds he needs she goes on to tell me the closest 24hr pharmacy is in Johns island. Im in Summerville. I Google and the pharmacy is 0.2 miles away. They tried everything they could to keep him over night. Listen when the owner tells you what they need so you could avoid any more suffering
I unfortunately had to bring my sweet baby in for euthanasia services and as sad and awful as it was, it couldn’t have been easier. I greatly appreciate all the care and comfort in dealing with this and all the staff at VSC for their compassion and assistance.
Professional, caring, kind, attentive staff who kept my mind calm and took care of my furbaby. Im forever grateful.
They took such good care of my sick baby! Even though we opted to have him euthanized I am so grateful for the compassion and dedication they showed us. Mad respect for everyone who works here!
Was extremely happy with the care until I went to my vet for a follow up and found that the problem was actually a mass(golf ball size), not an abscess. I called to let them know and was given a “thanks I’ll pass that along”.
We came in early this morning when my older dog bit our new puppy in the face during feeding time. Dr. Kelly and the entire team took amazing care of our pup and had excellent communication during the entire visit. It was traumatizing for us and we were terrified and all members took time to thoroughly explain and answer every question we had while also checking on us. We used the emergency email to send videos and photos of concerns we had after returning home and we had such a quick response. We couldnt have asked for a better experience during such a scary time.
My dog Watson is seen regularly by Dr Taylor in oncology. Dr Taylor and the vet techs are always professional, compassionate, and most importantly--loving and reassuring towards my nervous pup. Im very happy with the care and attention he receives.
Great team. Excellent emergency care given to dog. We came to the clinic after midnight and the team was helpful and our dog was treated well and recovered quickly.
They were amazing through the whole process. They are taking great covid precautions and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We will be coming back here if we ever have the need for our pets.
Dr. Johnson was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable, thoughtful, and clearly very experienced. She patiently answered all of my questions too. I especially appreciate how at ease all the staff made me feel through their skill and patience.
So happy to have a 24 Hour vet in Summerville. Everyone is so nice and well -spoken & informative Calming nature of clinicians - LOVE IT
Worst experience this is strike 3!! Beyond furious with this Clinc NEVER taking my money here again. You shouldnt either ! You call yourself an emergency vet hospital my poor pet was here for 6 hours locked in Kennel. Kept calling me saying estimates when I told them I don’t care just find out why my dog is throwing up blood. Then had the audacity to tell me that they still hadn’t even run any X-rays or blood work on my pet after 6 hours the time I spent here. There excuse was that they had other intake which I completely understand when my dog was maybe internally bleeding delaying treatment. Ridiculous !! Don’t even get me started on the other two times I have came here seeking care. Unbelievable !!!
Beginning to end this was the best possible experience i could have had when needing to get emergency medical attention for my fur baby. They were amazing. The level of care and compassion was so reassuring. The Vet and techs were so through on explaining everything I was confidant he got the care he needed and felt good about taking him home
I had to get my baby in late tonight and being a fellow vet tech, my only option was the ER at this time of night. I will say when Josh came to get history and get my kitten, I felt 1000% confident in him. His reassurance was amazing and I want to thank him and Dr. Johnson for taking care of Vdubb! I appreciate all of you guys and thank you for being there for me in these late hours of the night:}
Very Impressed. They got me in quickly to begin what will be a long process.
The staff is so caring and knowledgeable, they leave nothing out on examining your pet.
Outstanding support, care and attention to detail was given by Dr Andrews, Dana Rae, Tara & Alex. They were very caring, kind, thorough with medical attention & detail and considerate of our pet and of us. They were very honest when tough questions were asked. Im very grateful to all!! Outstanding Attention to detail & overall honesty!
The facility was very clean and all staff was super nice. The vet and techs really cared about my pet.
The staff always seems to be genuinely interested in caring for my pets. Everyone you speak to is nice, from the receptionist to the Doctor.
We have had to use them twice. Both.times they were super professional and treated both us and our dogs with the utmost respect. The techs and the doctors explained things so that we.understood. Hated that we had to use them but they are amazing.
Great service and overall patient care. Does an amazing job at keeping the owner well informed of there pet and there current situation. I was truly happy that they kept my pet was comfortable throughout the whole visit.
This place is absolutely repulsive when it comes to being able to pick up the remaining items left from your loved one (collar, paw print, etc) make sure you pick up your fur baby’s items as soon as possible, if not they just throw their stuff away like they were nothing. And all you’ll get told is “well we tried to call you”. So?! Have you ever thought that people’s numbers change? Or that they aren’t able to come up there at your convenience to pick the items up? Like how would YOU feel if someone just tossed your family’s belongings in the trash like they were just dirt and meant nothing? You can’t tell me that they don’t have room in a animals file to keep a piece of paper and a collar?!!!!! If I could do negative stars for this place I would in a heart beat! Go somewhere else!
