My phone screen was so broken it didnt even respond to touch, We Fix It made it as good as new in like 2 hours! Very pleased.

I called asking to purchase adhesive to put my phone back together and was informed that they have it, but refused to sell it to me. Rude and unhelpful.

I have a Note 5 and had the battery replaced. The battery does seem to be doing better. However, the upper left bezel on the front of the phone has separation between the glass and blue color. The same goes for on the rear of the phone on the center above the camera. It looks like delamination or an air bubble under the glass. If the phone wasnt over 3 years old I would care more. When I showed it to the tech when I picked it up he acted liked he couldnt care less. So if you want your battery repaired but dont care about a little damage you shouldnt have any negatives.

The only thing I had to change when I picked up my phone was to change the time. Charlie was pleasant, efficient, answering the phone, taking information and helping the other two customers in the store as well. I will recommend that location to anyone who needs a battery of light bulb!

So, my Note9 stylus was not clicking and I couldnt get it out of its port. I first took it to T-Mobile and was advised it was due to a problem with the phone. They told me to go to We Fix Phone Repair. On their card it states 100% satisfaction guaranteed, needless to say Not True! The young man took a metal pick you use on your teeth and tried digging the stylus out of the phone after I showed him how to just hit the of the phone to get it out. He then states its a problem with the phone and due to the phone being so new There was nothing he could do. I took it across the street to the battery store and another young man said it was the stylus not the phone. He advised me to just order a new stylus. Well its been about a week since this happened and the SAME stylus I had from the beginning is working just fine. Clicking and all. We Fix It Phone, didnt fix anything nor did he diagnose properly. Never mind the fact that his own business card is a LIE!

IPhone 6-plus shattered screen replaced, new battery installed, and new tempered glass screen cover installed; all-in at around $150. It took about an hour and the manager did the work himself. I’ve also conducted other business (unusual batteries, bulbs, etc.) at this location and with this manager and it has always been a great experience. Would highly recommend...

I came in to get my phone screen fixed on July 2nd. The girl who helped me out, sable, was WONDERFUL. However when I came back to pick it up, she was gone and the only employee there was some guy who was completely unhelpful. My phone was working fine when the precheck was done, but when I came to pick it up my front camera wasn’t working and the guy there told me it was a software problem, not his problem. He said he couldn’t do anything but give me 10 dollars off and I should call apple. I asked to speak to someone else and he said I can’t he was the only one there....... I took my phone back the next day, sable was there again and took complete care of me! She apologized and told me she would switch out the camera. Within an hour my phone was working again. So thankful sable was there and so helpful to me. However that other guy needs to be fired. He was super unprofessional and unhelpful.

My iPhone 6 stopped working and I brought to Batteries + Bulbs at 7:55 PM. The location closes at 8:00PM. Despite the late hour the technician agreed to look at my phone and told me it needed a new battery. It was now after 8:00 PM but he had a battery in stock and repaired the phone while I waited. I really appreciated his effort.

Took my s7 in to change the battery and the replacement was decently priced and the service was less than an hour but the adhesive wasnt holding the back on well I was told by the technician to put weight on it from books for a little while so the adhesive could set. I had a huge stack of books on it for over an hour and the backing is still lose and coming off. Not really what you expect for 70 dollars so now I have to take it back Tomorrow and have them redo the adhesive, just kind of inconvenient. Though the service aside from that was great and everything else was great my phone is like new again and doesnt die in a few hours.

My screen had been cracked but the digitizer was no longer working. They had my screen replaced and phone working great within an hour. Very professional, knowledgable, and courteous. Recommend.

Not even a 1 star. They promise you it will be done one day then you get there to pick it up and they didnt even order the part to fix it

Took 2 phones in for repair, iPhone 6 and galaxy note 5. Fixed iphone, supposed to fix charge port in note 5. Got a call they could fix note 5 cause they were afraid of breaking the screen. Went to pick it up, and they broke the screen and wanted to charge me $125 to put a new one on. Worked fine when I brought in, and expected me to pay for their carelessness. Never again will I step foot in this store.

The service technicians are really great however with the battery being replaced I had issues with my speaker on my phone that I did not have prior. I went on a recommendation by someone to go there and I felt good about going there but disappointed that I came out with another issue.

Very quick and efficient service! The protective shield was rather cheap as it doesnt stay totally on the glass around the edges, but what can you expect for $10.00 (you get what you pay for).
