I cracked my iPhone 8+ screen this morning and dropped off my phone with Justin as soon as they opened up. There were already customers being serviced, so you know this place gets the job done. He was incredibly friendly and attentive. My phone was repaired back to her glorious self in less than 40mins. I highly recommend paying iDoctor a visit for cracked iPhone screen repairs.

I cant remember the mans name. But he had black curly hair and he was super super nice. He deserves a RAISE! He is very knowledgeable and very fast in fixing things. I couldnt believe my husbands phone was fixed in one day. (A couple hours actually!) I will always go to this place no matter what!!

Justin at the Summervile location was very kind, courteous, informative, and appreciative. Pricing was reasonable. I rather replace a battery versus purchasing a new phone. There were two repairs ahead of me I only waited an hour. I’ll be bringing my wife’s phone soon. Thank you Justin.

I never do reviews at all and I’m a teenager so I had cracked my iPhone camera lens and thought I was toast and would have to replace almost everything but MY MAN JUSTIN that works at this location has to be the best customer service guy and not only that he know what he was doing and what he was talking about. He did all of it in under 2 hours. I hate running errands wasting my weekend because who wouldn’t want to hangout with there friends but man this is probably the best experience I’ve had with a store and customer service ever and I shop around a decent amount. So if you are looking for phone repairs this has to be the place you go to and trust me on this. Justin if you reading this, your the best man we had a great conversation I’ll definitely bring my phone back if it has any issues in the future.

On July 16th I went to the Idoctor and the person who helped me fix my phone was Mr.Justin he was extremely nice, had nice conversations, and was entertaining. I had a great experience there I would go there if your phone is broken.😁

My iphone X had been randomly glitching and controlling itself. It was also opened up on the right side as well and I could not prop it back into place. I brought it in, and Justin was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I got my screen replaced and my phone sealed back up. It was fixed within 30 minutes. Excellent service!!

Justin provides great customer service. He is truly interested in making the customer happy. I brought him two iPads that belong to my children. I thought for sure nothing could be done to salvage them. Wrong! Justin took them and confidently and competently repaired them in one days time! This is the place to go for all repairs!

Great experience having my gf’s phone repaired today. The person that fixed it was professional and very personable. He repaired the phone perfectly within 20 minutes. Couldn’t be more pleased!

In my opinion the best iPhone repair place in town. I have came in a few times once for a screen replacement and twice for water damage. Every time I left happy that I got my phone back within 24hrs and with it basically fully functioning. They seem to be knowledgeable and were able to turn my iPhone 8 that had been in beer and also under water in a salt water pool for about 10 minutes back to almostNormal. Prices are also very competitive which is why I’m going to go back for a screen replacement soon.

I went today to get my iPhone 8 Plus phone screen fixed. Justin was great and very friendly and conversational. He fixed my phone in a timely manner, talked me through it, answered any and all questions, and tried to advise me fairly without trying to scam me and get things I don’t need. They are fairly priced and my phone looks brand spanking new.

Justin was super friendly and helpful. Fixed my sons phone in about 30 minutes and the prices were fair.

Joe was great. He plucked a broken piece of a charger out of my daughters phone in only a few moments, and took the time to ensure that the phone charged appropriately. By the end, he told me that there would be no charge for his time. (I thought a few bucks for lunch was more appropriate.) Great service.

I went in with what I thought was a complex problem, and turns out it was very simple and just a loose connector. They fixed it right then and there very quickly, within minutes. They have a super friendly staff, and are the cheapest place around with great service! Ive been to a different cell phone repair place and was not satisfied at all and I would recommend iDoctor over any other cell phone repair place in the Charleston area. Theyre quick, very reasonably priced, and just fantastic! Thank you for all of your help iDoctor!

We have used iDoctor of Summerville 3 times (i am blaming our cats for knocking our phones over so much) and each time we have been very happy. It is never a fun thing to have to replace your glass on your phone, but their reasonable prices (cheapest in the area), customer service, and their knack for going slightly above and beyond each time make it easy to pick them. For example we went in to have the screen replaced once, and not only did they replace that, he noticed the charging port was dirty and slightly bent and he fixed that free of charge. Take your products here if you want a great experience

Never. Go. Here. After two defective replacement screens ($250) he put on my iPhone XS he told me I had to pay to get anymore replacement screens put on. (I had issues with both screens only hours after leaving) He was extremely rude and told me not to come back to the store and hung up on me when I was explaining what the phone was doing. He accused me of dropping it or that there is something wrong with the phone. Finally I went to their West Ashley location which is their main location. They replaced it for free and I haven’t had a problem since with the screen.

They were very informative and fast.I had to have My daughters iPhone battery replaced. They were done with phone quicker than I had anticipated.

This is the worst company to ever do business with getting your iPhone screen replaced. I have now cracked the third screen replacement from this company and the phone fell from the couch onto the carpet and cracked!!! Do not take your phone to get your screen replaced with this company or you will be just throwing your money out of the window!!!!

My wife took my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 there. A guy looked at it, did nothing to try to diagnose the problem. Because the phone wouldnt charge or turn on he told her it wastoast. I had the phone sent to a guy that does microsoldering to diagnose the problem. $120 later it was fixed. Perhaps theyre better with more common diagnoses, but in this instance our experience was poor. Oh, and we paid to have iDoctor simply look at and make this quick diagnosis. I would not recommend based on our experience.

Normally Id write a complaint because most places are overpriced with condescending employees. But at iDoctor, I had exceptional service. The man who helped me was so quick to fix my phone, and extremely kind. He talked to me like a PERSON & gave me a GREAT price on fixing and replacing my phone battery (IPhone 6, only $50!!!??) and had it done in only an hour or so! Would highly reccomend!!

My screen on my iPhone 6 Plus was cracked beyond repair.but I took it to the iDoctor and its like I have a brand new phone. And I didnt have to go get a new phone and get locked into any contracts.. Everyone that knows me knew just how bad my screen looked but its all good now thanks to the iDoctor and I highly recommend this business. I could only give 5 stars but this business deserves 10 stars .

Had an IPhone 6 that needed a new screen so I decided to come to idoctor. Save yourself the time and just buy the screen online on amazon and replace it yourself. The guy working there didn’t even own an iPhone he had a Samsung. So he barely knew what he was doing. He replaced the screen and it was barely even on correctly. I don’t stress this enough just buy your parts on Amazon way cheaper.

They fixed my daughters cracked screen really quick. They were also the most affordable place I found. I have a house full of technical devices and I will always bring my devices here.

Customer service was great, I first called to get a quote, I wasnt sure which model I had but they were able to help me out by asking for the model number of the device, color of the device, and then told me they would order the parts to replace the screen that match as they did not have them in store. Few days later I received a message saying the parts were at the store and ready for replacement, which was pretty quick as I had assumed to be waiting for weeks.Efficient and professional, I took my iPad in around late afternoon and had it completed by early next morning. Nice guy, fair price.

I came in with a cracked screen. After running a dignostic test, they found a few more things wrong with the speaker and camera. They repaired both the speaker and camera within a few mintues. Im very pleased with their professionalism and timeliness.

They were very professional and finished in a timely manner. Would recommend them for future iPhone and tablet needs.

Customer service was great and my iPad screen was repaired however it wasnt until after I left that my iPad screen, which was originally white, was now black. I promptly called the store and spoke to the man who repaired my screen, and explained the issue. He told me the only reason I got a black screen was because they did not have any white screens in stock. I asked if I could get a partial refund because had I known there were no white screens in stock I would have waited. He said he would contact the owner and let me know. He called me back and said the owners response was that because I had already received a military discount that I would not receive any further refund for my screen. The fact that there were no white screens in stock shouldve disclosed before I dropped off my iPad there to be repaired.
