On Point Plumbing did a bathroom remodel for us. The tile work has not held up. We have uneven tiles in the main floor and tiles cut short showing holes against the trim and quarter round. We have standing water that stays more than 24 hours due to improper slope of shower floor bed. We have schluter that was installed improperly causing sharp edges and bath towels to be torn or getting cut while cleaning. The shower wall tiles are also loose. Grout is cracked. On Point told me they no longer do bathroom remodels they will not fix it. I was told by them to buy grout caulk and cover the grout areas. I was also told to file down the schluter which I did and it’s not down to silver (was matte black) and still protruding. New contractors estimates are now exceeding what we’ve paid them. I’ve requested a full refund, written them a certified letter, filed a complaint with the BBB and still we’re no closer to a resolution. Our bathroom is worse now than when we originally hired On Point to complete our bathroom remodel. RUN!!

In addition to the previous review below, two additional and very basic plumbing errors were made. The first, a new valve was installed for a toilet. The professional plumber failed to close the valve before turning on the water supply causing flooding that seeped down into the kitchen. Also, a new shower drain was installed. Somehow, a professional plumber failed to glue the drain causing additional dripping into the kitchen. To be fair, they did fix the ceiling in the kitchen afterwards, but such basic errors make you question the ability of some of the staff. Also, take a look at their Better Business Bureau rating. In the middle of tow bathrooms being renovated, hot water heater went out. Called On Point, they were out within 30 minutes of phone call. Helped us decide on options, went with Tankless. They came out this am, bad ancient water heater out the door out and brand new Tankless installed and working. Yeah!! Robert was super nice!!! Office super nice and helpful!!! On Point recently came out on a Sunday afternoon to help me repair a gas line to my AC. We did not plan ahead before we disconnected the AC unit and they dropped what they were doing to help us out. My old hot water heater finally died after 16 years of service. So I decided to upgrade to a tankless, I called On point plumbing because I had used them before. The last time they did very professional work installing a new sink and vanity in a half bathroom. For this job Robert, the owner of the company showed up early and got to work quickly. He had to basically re-engineer the setup in the attic. It turned out amazing and extremely well designed. He and his wife were done by two and cleaned up. They were so friendly and did the best job patiently explaining everything and answering my questions. They were also very patient with my obnoxious dogs. They installed a main water shut off for me as well that I highly recommend. Overall I will from now on be calling them my exclusive plumbing service.

We had an active water leak from our second floor raining down from our ceiling below. On Point was the only plumber that was able to come that same day. They found the leak, stopped it, removed our (leaking) hot water heater, and installed a tankless system in amazing time! Friendly, professional, fair, and responsive!

I called because I had a leak in the crawl space. They were prompt, informative and friendly. It didnt break the bank to get it fixed but they do have a flat rate fee for diagnostics but it can be put towards the fix. I will call them again if I have any other issues.

I originally called about a possible ceiling leak and toilet repair needed. They were able to fit me in with in 2 hours of calling. Matt checked out my ceiling where the leak was and helped me determine it was from a vent boot on my roof. He really checked all possibilities and went up in the attic to double check things for me. We also called to see about an issue with our washing machine not draining. It turned out to be an appliance repair and not a drain issue, but they were kind enough to not charge for the visit. We purchased a 20 year old home and hired On Point Plumbing to do several jobs. They were EXCELLENT! They go beyond what is expected. Making sure to explain every possible choice. When the floor installers cut a main water line, On Point responded in minutes to cut off the water and repair the main water line. This saved us from a disaster. Toilet backed up late at night. Cleaned everything up, turned water off and waited until morning to call. They arrived within an hour and started looking into the problem. After about 30 minutes, they determined blockage had cleared itself during the night. They gave me the option to pull the toilet and snake the line anyway but said that wasnt really necessary because everything was flowing how it should. They were completely honest, stating they didnt want to waste my money or their time if it wasnt necessary. I hated to waste their time for what ended up being nothing but it was nice to see a business that wont nickel and dime you every chance they get. They ended up leaving and I wasnt charged a dime. Definitely my go to plumber from now on.
