Absolutely the worst company I ever tried to worked with! Spoke to a young lady once who said she was submitting my information to 8 agencies over a week ago. Havent heard back from her after trying to reach her 3 times. I left my phone number all 3 times requesting a call back.Ive moved on and purchased insurance through Progressive!

A friend of mind referred me to Cornerstone Insurance just off Hwy 176 in Summerville. I needed a better auto insurance rate so I decided to stop in. I met Vivian Muir, the owner of the business. She quickly made me like family the way she talked to me. She actually asked me questions about my cars to determine what I really needed. The other guys just told me what I could get. She saved me a lot of money. If you haven’t stop to see these folks you’re most likely paying too much.

Horrible experience dealing with this agency. the owner Vivian will not return phone calls they barely answer the phone up there you leave messages they wont call you back. Danielle in the front is the only one in the whole company I truly believe that has any sense about them whatsoever. Vivian the owner runs a horrible horrible insurance business I would not recommend this company to anyone. they said we had insurance on a home the insurance company contacted us to tell us that our insurance will be canceled on the 26th of November. we contacted cornerstone and repeatedly ask for help and what we need to do in this situation they assured us that they were working the situation we had nothing to worry about up until a month after our insurance was cancelled they were still telling us they were working it which was an obvious lie because our insurance was already canceled and they mailed us a refund check back. so Vivian does not have a clue whats going on here company or her clients
