Megan schauer was so much help I filed a policy through someone else and they messed it all the way up!!! she emailed me personally to clarify and instantly fixed my policy for me she gave me a refund and set up the perfect policy that was lower then I was originally quoted she was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure that everything was taken care of personally!! It was the best costumer service I’ve received from any insurance group!! She was respectful polite and a perfect agent to work with she deserves a raise!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MEGAN!!!

I had insurance with Progressive Insurance through the Goosehead Insurance Agency Blake Robertson was my agent. It was the worse experience I have ever had dealing with an agent. I called Allstate and spoke with Meghan Schauer and she completely turned my insurance experience around. The most helpful agent and did not hesitate with getting the best rate. I moved from out of state and switched my policy to my local Allstate branch (this being my local branch). I just purchased a new truck and when I called to update my policy I was told my insurance was being raised to $228 per month. That’s for one vehicle with one driver and no accidents or incidents in the past 5 years. I switched to Geico for the exact same coverage for $135 per month. Don’t get a policy here unless you enjoy paying extra money for no logical reason.

I was the victim of a big brew ha ha with Progressive over being an Uber Driver. They basically showed me the door. Then it was the Con Chellis Allstate Insurance Agency to the rescue. They not only covered my Uber driving, but also increased my coverage and kept it at the same price. Con Chellis to the rescue!

The staff at this Allstate agency are great after moving from LI NY I never thought I could find a better agency then the Feld Agency on LI. But upon arrival to SC I went to the Con Chellis agency and have to tell you Victoria was knowledgeable about the products and set all my SC new policies to start and terminate my NY policies with no glitches.
