Extremely great customer service. Excellent work on my truck. They squeezed me into a busy day, and got my alignment, and tire balance/rotation done quickly. Absolutely recommend, and I will be back for any of my vehicles alignments.

Southern Alignment offers great prices and excellent customer service. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. It appears the staff genuinely cares about taking care of your car. I have been to many places where I had to return repeatedly because the staff did not primarily address the issues of the car. Highly recommend Southern Alignment!

I just left this place and I have to say, it was a great experience. They got the job done around the timing I needed it to be finished by but also the man in the office was great. Overall experience was great, would definitely come back again! And great prices too!

Worst experience ever. Feels like Ive been robbed for 2 grand. Beware of this place. I think they dont have mechanics so theyre just ripping people off to keep the doors open.

When i called they said it was about an hour wait to get an alignment, by the time i got there they took my keys and pulled my car in, it took less then an hour, and i was in and out. Best service, great price, Id highly recommend, and will definitely be back.

Took my car there Friday afternoon. Had my car 4 1/2 days. Told them my battery wasnt charging and to check the fusible link. Was told cant find anything wrong took it down the street to bobs masterbend and he told me the link was fried. I called everyday to see what was going on just to get a we are looking into it. Then I had to call them for them to tell me they couldnt find anything.

Charged me $24 to tell me they couldn’t do an alignment on my truck. They could however do an alignment if I agreed to pay over $1300 in parts and labor. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Went there to get my refrigerant refilled. They provided great customer service, completed the task in a quick time frame and the price was low compared to their competitors in the area.

Getting brand new tires and alignment done within an hour is amazing! Great prices great people very honest and straight to point will not try to sell you on anything you don’t need. I will recommend and I will continue to go here for service Thank you so much!

I just came from XperTech automotive services and they quoted me $101.73 to install and program a tire sensor on my right forward tire. I decided to drive off and came across Southern Alignment &a Brake shop, and they did the same exact job for $45.00. I cant say anything for all the other negative comments, but I can definitely say they did a great job for the fraction of the cost!

Seriously lacks in professionalism. Brought a car in to have bearing replaced first thing Friday morning was told it would be ready by closing at 5:00 but no later than first thing Saturday morning. Received a call at 11:30 Saturday morning, 30 minutes before closing saying it wont be done until sometime Monday because they still had a hours worth of work left on it. Thats bull honor your word stay the hour and finish the job. Will never get our families business again!!!! Now have to rent a car or be stranded all weekend. Only putting the one star because wont let you post without at least one !!!

They clearly have no concept of overt torquing. My wheels bolts were installed so tightly that I broke 2 sockets, and then eventually requiring an adapter for my remaining, broke my 3/8 to half inch adapter made by matco. Wheel bolts dont need to be installed at 900 foot pounds..... The torque spec is 85 to 90

This is the only place I will go to for now on. Great alignment and fast service with very good prices.
