Absolutely recommend letting them service your vehicle. I needed to get my brakes and roaders done ASAP to be able to get home! Left my vehicle with another place for 4 HOURS just for them to tell me they couldn’t replace my pads and roaders! Mavis tires and brakes got me right in and worked very well with the cost! We did not have to wait long either! Very happy and pleaseD with the service. I could cry! Literally! Thank you so much!

Wonderful service. No hidden costs. Just straight up with you. You may have to wait, because everyone likes to go there, because the way youre treated. But week worth the wait. Its hard to find an honest mechanic shop, that doesnt try bleed your pockets dry. This place is great

This place is great. Service, honesty, integrity. They are helpful, not greedy. I have bought 2 sets of cheaper tires and they keep you informed and these tires compare to better names. They accommodated my budget not their sales goals. Thankfully refreshing, plus Dave Ramsey recommends.

Nice folks. Good prices. They took a long time. Oil slick drains straight in to a retention pond in the back though. They need to clean up and they would be 5 stars.

What a great place. My family has tried just about every auto care place in the area and this is by far the best. Mark is awesome to deal with, hes a no nonsense type of guy. We have been coming here for years and will certainly continue to.

Brought my car in on a busy Saturday morning but was greeted the minute I walked in and taken care of. I was there for less than 5 minutes when I dropped my car off and less than 5 minutes when I picked it back up!! My car was ready sooner than when I thought it would be. Tires look and ride great!! Pretty good service. The guy working on my tire was standing around talking while my tire was off the car. Ended up taking over an hour for a tire patch.

Customer service is one of the reasons I have my cars serviced at Hill Tire! They are always willing to bend over backwards to help a customer out and they go out of their way to make each visit a memorable one. From oil changes to tire replacements this is the only place to go in the Tri-County area!

Mark Meeks always provides outstanding service. The mechanics do a great job also. Sometimes a basic oil change can take a while unless youre there first thing in the morning.

This place use to be great, but has went down hill lately. Was told for oil change drop off night before, which i did. Called early in mornig before they opened lady said i was 3rd. Go 2 hours later to pick up car not touched. Guy in office said we were 3rd. 3r still i asked how is that possible. Guy then tells me they taking awaiting customers first. I was waiting at home to go out of town. When manager or guy in charge comes in the other guy then lies saying that is not what he meant to say. If u r busy say u r busy. I can either make the decision to wait or come back. Hill tire was the only place i have used for everything relayed to our vehicles. Them being honest was all i wanted. Tupperway tire i will now use.

They dont take appointments. All service is first come, first served. Other than that they are friendly and provide a quick service.

Never Ever use Hill Tire again. quoted over phone $403 for tires/alignment etc. MNOT the case after tires were put on. 100 miles later, tire goes flat while driving. They wanted me to pay for another tire. When i question policy/warranty, Im told its free but no tire available. Return 2 days later, was charged $90. Whyen i question warranty and preveous promise. It suddenly free again. Until another employee says ?I need to pay for mounting/balancing fee. Poor Customer Service. Policy varies per employee. Spent $35 extra and lots of valuable time and energy. Im new to SC and they have lost a valued customer.

Got an appointment on a Saturday. Get there only to be told they dont honor weekend appointments. But they could have us out in 2 hours!! NO, went to Firestone, wont go back to Hills.
