If there could be a rating lower than 1 star, I would give this. The owner, Reggie, was incredibly rude. I called on Friday. He asked to know my address, as Im not in Summerville and live an hour away from any water mediation company. I texted him the address, stating once he let me know if he could come to my address, I would happily send him pictures. I heard nothing back. I called him finally mid morning Monday. He waffled a bit about coming out. Said he wanted pictures. I said great, he needed to confirm he could come out. He said not unless I could guarantee we could pay him our insurance deductible. Okay, so rude mark 1. But I can let that one go, as Im sure hes been bitten by folks not doing this. We continued to speak. I mentioned my insurance company had stated they (Serve Pro) would move the heavy furniture out of the way. He said possibly, hence the need for the pictures. I said okay, so if they cant move the furniture, Id need to arrange for my insurance company to provide someone to do so. He snapped at me and got ugly stating I was making it too difficult and if Id just send him the pictures like hed asked me to, we could find out. I told him I had at no time been ugly to him nor did I expect him to be so to me. I needed to make sure everything was provided for. His response was that I needed to find someone else to do the work. Which is very fine with me. He was highly rude and I would recommend others avoid this company. I now have several more days wasted trying to find someone to repair water damage.

Very prompt after calling Reggie Smith. Very pleased with the work he did to releave me of my water problems. Would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service.

I was in a bind in regards to my freezer going out. Reggie and his assistant came out and did a fantastic job with the removal and helping me out. I appreciate the quick job they did and within the day of the call being available. I would recommend them for the work.

We had a leak under the sink. It caused the bottom of the cabinet to detached and its open now at the back. The smell was pretty bad from the leak..we contacted a mold testing company to test the area for mold..the area came back with 4 types of bad mold. The report gave a details how to get the mold remedied..We contacted Servepro. Sent the mold report to them. Never heard back. Tried to call them to see if they got the report. Never heard back.. called several more times. Finally got someone to set up an appointment.Omg.what a waste of time. The guy comes out. Looks under the sink and was only here maybe 10.mins if that. And thats talking walking in the door to the kitchen. He looks under the sink. Says its not bad, and that the mold testing company we hired..their report was in accurate..this company is an accredited company in mold testing. It took over a week to get test results.He comes.in and says oh the mold.you have everyone has mold. And this is not bad. Just spray some lysol under there.There is nothing we can do for you. And he left. 10 mins tops.So dont waste your time with this company. The smell.is so bad now it causes your eyes to water and throat issues.We had to seal it up with tape and plastic.And he wasted our time coming here. So if you want your time wasted. Call them apparently a mold report doesnt mean anything and they can know in mins that there is no problem. When it takes a time to get test results on mold.What a joke.. call them if you want your time wasted.

The best part Reggie the owner came out on his day off and last minute to observe and give us an estimate within minutes of calling him. That same day he provided us with a filter and recommenations to follow to prevent further issues from the smoke. Called on a monday.. told him we found black mold.. said he would call me on Tuesday and try to come out that day.. if not it would be NEXT WEEK!!!!!! I NEVER heard back! Have another company here.. they have placed fans.. put plastic to seal off the area for our protection.. and have been taking care of us.. Servepro dont care! The new company said we needed to go get antibiotics.. ServPro said .. see ya next week!

Reggie came out and at first I was really impressed and optimistic. They were removing a subfloor in my laundry room. They did not properly contain the area and the mold go all into out house. They used plastic sheeting with duct tape (not all the way around. Also the tape took off pieces of our drywall wherever it was applied!). Reggie said when he left, it would be around $200, but somewhere in the conversation I said please let me know at any point if its going to be above $300 because we cant afford that. He sent a guy out and he didnt have the proper tools on him and left jagged edges of the subfloor all the way around the perimeter. It was basically like, Woops. too bad. (We had $100 added to both quotes we got to remove what he left.) Reggie came after he was finished. It was one guy for three hours exactly, not contained, not done properly. I could hear him because they accidentally left the door cracked, but he did not realize. He said, ah, just go ahead and charge them $300!About a month later, we had a lot more mold. I then filed a claim with my insurance since the numbers were now much above our deductible. I called to ask for an invoice (because they never gave us one! I think they said theyd email it) and he said he could not find me in their work, but he remembered me. He called me back and said he would get it to me. Then I never saw it, and that was months ago. Were now looking for remediation company again and I remembered I never left my review. I just wanted to warn someone like I wish I had. He may know much and he may be good himself, but we did not experience that at all in the end.
