This is a family business and the entire team is courteous and very easy to work with. The owner came out immediately to check out my AC unit and talked through some solutions with me on how to better cool my older home. The work was done the next business day, and Ive been happily walking around a comfortable, climate controlled home since! Im very happy with the cost and quality of the service. And the free maintenance and parts that accompany the installation knock their customer service out of the park! I highly suggest working with this company.

Thomas was on time, and explained what he was doing through the whole process. He had the diagnostic complete and part order within an hour.He gave us a discount for being prior military and the following day he returned and replaced our part. Call these guys for any ac repairs.

CCC got sent out by my home warranty company. The part on my AC unit that was broken wasnt covered by the warranty company, go figure. Our two AC units were very old so we decided to replace them both. Coastal Carolina Comfort gave us a great price for two new units with installation. Not to mention, the free year of service. Now our house is being nicely chilled as these warm summer days arrive. Very good experience with this company, from speaking with Derrick on the phone to Thomas and Robert showing up in literally less than 1 hour to take care of our leak after our usual company couldn’t get anyone out till Monday.Looks like I’ve found my new hvac guys.Keep up the good work.

Home Warranty sent these guy out after sending out 3 other companies over the course of 2 weeks that didn’t fix the issue. Derrick came out today (Saturday) and by the time he left our heat was working great. I wish they would of been sent out in the beginning. This is the go to company.
