I wish I could give zero stars, it doesnt matter because theyre a monopolistic provider so no feedback will ever make them change. I hope 5G cell coverage will get here soon and shut them down.

Over priced and only carlyss area has to have a phone line that dont need or use they need to do something to change that but for the staff they are very good

If you could actually put zero stars I would have. For months we have had service issues and we keep getting the same story that it’s issues in the cable lines. Yet we still have poor service and I got hung up on with customer service. I strongly urge you to find service anywhere else at any cost. Cherry on top is they said I would a get minor discount “once” the issue is resolved. Good luck to any and all who deal with these losers.

This is sad that they are the only cable company out here but at least I don’t have to have cable through them that’s the only bright side!! They come out here to move my Internet and because I asked him a question that would make him think he told me he could leave so I let him and we’re still in the same position this is horrible horrible horrible! So now I have to wait until next Friday to get this fixed

Overpriced! They charge for service techs! Cant get help with network troubleshooting without permission. Im canceling and going to find something else. I wish I could give negative stars.

If you can get the fiber service its one of the best providers of internet in our area.

If I could rate this 0 stars and write a review I would. Bad customer service, technicians dont know their job. The service is over-priced. Nothing but a monopoly. They also take advantage of customers, especially elders with hidden fees and cost. They cant even explain some of the cost on the bills themselves.

Cable phone internet service is not worth the amount they charge. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Why cant Cameron Communications come to an agreement with the Beaumont tv stations? When these stations we dropped a few years ago, the price has only increased. The Sunday football telecasts on the Lafayette station tends to air games from the northeast when we have two teams nearby in Texas that are not televised by Cameron Communications.

Internet is way overpriced with no plans to improve. Theyre screwing everyone they can.
