Should have an option for 0 stars because there is 0 customer service.

Need more professional customer service people to work there and do not need to overcharge to good customers.

Great service. Had an issue with my phone. Lady at the counter got it resolved quickly.

Cause my phone works sometimes and went to Boost Mobile and still not working

I went in for a case and screen protector for my phone. Since I worked at a cellphone company, I should have made sure the screen protector was for my model phone. The male cashier was having issues, but was friendly. The lady who was sitting in back came to assist him ( didnt speak, needs customer service training). I asked for screen protector so I could put on my phone. Once I opened the box I realized it was for the previous model phone and too small for my model. The male look worried so I told him I would buy it anyway since I opened it. He gave me total and I asked could he at least take off taxes. He said he was unable to do it, so I paid full price, but will definitely be more careful of what Im given.

Paid my bill there and had a strange feeling about it. I even called afterwards to make sure it went through. The lady told me she had it covered. The next morning my phone was disconnected and I missed a business call. I paid it at my regular place to have it turned back on. When I went back to get my money back the same lady was rude but finally put the money on my balance. She interrupted me when I was talking by telling me the same thing she did the day before. I got it covered I will never go back to that store. If u cant deal with the public dont get a job that requires it!

I WOULDNT EVEN THINK OF GIVING THIS UNBELIEVABLE RUDE PLACE A STAR BUT ITS THE ONLY WAY I COULD LET THE PUBLIC KNOW!!! I visited this location to make my monthly payment of 45.00 the older African American lady took my payment told me it would be 15mins, I asked why and she glared at me and informed me that is the way it works. So I left this location went to get gas was gone 21min returned because my phone was not working still and the same lady YELLED at me to get my receipt and she will refund my money and NEVER RETURN TO HER STORE AGAIN. SHE ALSO INFORMED ME I WORK WHEN I WANT NOT WHEN THE CUSTOMER TELLS ME TOO! So I took my refund told her to have a blessed day went across the street to Dollar General only paid 45.80 for the same thing she Charged me 48.00 for. SO NOT ONLY IS THIS LOCATION RUDE BUT THEY ARW RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. STAY AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE ON CITYS SERVICE HIGHWAY ACTUALLY IM THINKING OF LEAVING BOOST ALL TOGETHER
