Not happy about the service I got. Paid over $50 to have my hair cut and styled. It took my mom pulling a Karen to cut it properly. Then she wound up cutting 8 more inches off my hair instead of the three that I wanted and she didnt even style it.... WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

This has got to be the best place around the ladies are excellent thank you Mrs Cathy u made my day i love it I also want to thank you for remembering who I was ... it made me feel a little less of a nobody and a little more like a somebody then I did yesterday and when you have no one that kinda thing sticks out ... you gotta customer here

Service was terrible and the assistant manager was unprofessional and RUDE! I was charged 62.00 for a cut/color to remove blue and the blue is still in my nieces hair. Also told my husband (whom is disabled broken leg and congestive heart failure) he could not be on the scooter in the store. Asked to have the store managers contact and was told she would give me a call. WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO TERI OR THE ASST MNGR DANIELLE!!

I Called in and asked if they could take me as a walk in. A nice lady named Ms. Cathy said she would take me. She was about to get off but she said she would stay and wait for me. Ms. Cathy & Mrs. Vicki were in good spirits & kept me laughing the whole time I was there. Good people & good vibes.

I would like to give an opinion on how good the service was, but unfortunately I spent the better half of my day standing in line without ever getting a chance to see. Never got a chance to speak to the only lady working, nor did I ever move. I stood there for 40 minutes and I would’ve been better off to spend my time elsewhere. Horrible.

Overall it’s not a bad place to get a haircut for the price point it’s at. But if you request Angelle then you are seriously messing up your own hair at that point. She gapped me up and ripped my hair out AND burned my scalp with the blow dryer, only drying my roots and leaving the rest of my hair soaking wet.

Not at all happy! I went in for a cut, shampoo and style. She didnt ask what length I wanted before she started cutting. Just whacked it off, not even remotely close to the style I had. Then, styled it so puffy, I couldnt tell she had gapped it in the front. I went to get it shaped up because I have a job interview. Now I have to try to figure out how to hide the gap, without a puffball of hair atop my head.

I went to go get my hair colored and cut today and Cathy Durio and Terri was so polite and so personal!💯

They wouldn’t cut my one year old autistic sons hair because he wouldn’t wear a mask. The mask mandate has been over and I had one on .

Had to go this morning as other plans fell thru. Met a very sweet, attentive and skilled young lady. It was her first time doing my hair and can’t believe how well she did off a couple of pictures I showed her. Would highly recommend Monica to any and everyone. My daughter does hair and was highly complimentary on her work too. Thanks from the bottom of my heart and hope your other customers appreciate you as much as I do.

Lady messed my hair up I showed her pictures a few times and she kept referring to a picture on the wall and the hairstyle was completely different

When the closing hrs dont correspond with the actual time they shut down, theres a problem!! Turning away customers when they still have 15-30 mins until closing is ridiculous! Most of the time & depending on whos working its great! We went today at 8:30 for a simple boys haircut & of course were turned away. If the couple of ladies that actually like their jobs were there we wouldve had no issues.

For a young person who usually puts style to his hair.. don’t go here because first they don’t know what they doing... and for every a plain cut and a scissor trim they they too pricey and for every side burn or line they make they ask for more money.. they say shampoo but I guess that’s just a myth.. I recommend sports clip than this lousy place... horrible experience

I told her what I wanted and this lady did the EXACT opposite. I even showed her a picture. I told her I wanted that hairstyle but you know not too short. I told her I wanted thats hairstyle that I showed her and I wanted it fluffy with layers. She made my hair look like a square and did terrible I told her I didnt like and she had to redo it and did even worse I told her it looked fine because the other hair drrsser was watching the one doing my hair and she was upset with the work she was doing too I am very upset and after all of it she over charged us but the hairdresser that did my sisters hair was great.

Dont come here. I wouldnt let them cut my my grass much less my hair. Youre better off going to a dog groomer. They are rude and arrogant. They are supposed to close at 8 but when you get there theyll tell you whatever so they can leave early. I went to Sports Clips next door 5 minutes before closing and they were more than accommodating. Stay away!!!

Christa was amazing! She fixed another stylists screw up (at another salon) and gave me a style I could actually live with. Definitely will be coming back.

DO NOT have your hair cut or eyebrows waxed by the older lady there. She’s horrible at her job and doesn’t know how to do a simple ‘bob’ cut. I asked if she could wax my brows... she took off almost all of one brow. Then got mad because I was upset with the way they looked. Overall it was a disaster and I don’t recommend anyone go there.

Denied a haircut 20 minutes before they closed. Extremely simple and quick cut too.
