I recently changed some supension components and needed to get an alignment. These guy were the closest place from where I did the work. They did a great job, great price, fast and honest. Much better experience from the last alignment shop I visited.

I was passing through Sulphur Springs and noticed a nail in my tire when I stopped for lunch. I searched for a tire shop nearby, and this location showed up two miles away. Everyone who helped me was so friendly and kind! They fixed my tire in an hour, even though they were extremely busy, and I got back on the road and made it safely to my destination without losing much time at all. They were all wonderful!

Found the cause of my slow leak while I waited. Replaced my tire affordably when a staple was located in the shoulder of the tire (rendering it unrepairable?). Comfortable waiting area. Clean facilities & restroom. They were courteous with me, and helpful.  NO Wi-Fi while you wait.  Cost me a $133 but no more slow leak.

I was on a road trip returning to AR and one of my tires became low. I pulled in to Discount Wheel and tire and they determined that this tire was damaged in the side wall and it must be replaced. They were very fast and friendly and got me back on the road in no time. I am well pleased with my experience there.

Too Expensive. I had a stem replaced on my rear tire. Took about 10 minutes. The bill was $16.44. Most places do this service for no charge. Consider going to a different place before coming here. Staff was nice but the prices are ridiculous. Save your money and choose a competitive tire service center.

Ran over a tire on our way from Fort Worth to Memphis. These guys were Johnny on the spot. Real nice front desk service and gave us our straight up, honest options. Good Texan dudes all around.

Everything is about trust well my trust has been broken. After 5 returned trips from Point to Sulphur Springs and about $600.00 later my ability to stop my truck was purely unsafe. I took it to another place and they said the rotors they put on my truck couldn’t even be turned.Those same rotors were supposedly new

My step dad put a new strut on my van. Didnt have a tool to get it all the way on so I had my van towed to this place at 930 am. They told me they would look at it and give me a quote . Of course I knew they would be finding something else that had to be done besides put the part on that was already there.... an hour later Im called and told several things needed to be done along with an alignment, he could have the part by 2 pm have it done by 330. Told him I had a baby with me in a vehicle that had no a.c. and I lived 50 minutes away what could I save for another time. He checked another part store and they conveniently had the part . He told me at 1043 he was gonna fix my van now.... by 2pm I finally called to find out why it was taking so long I was tired of driving around. He informed me there were 4 alignments ahead of me (not even 4 customers there when I left my van) hed have it done in 30 minutes... I picked my van up at 258.... why give someone the impression youll be done quickly and nit call them to let them know what he told me when I finally called.... thats poor customer service. And I probably will not return in the future

Everyone is very attentive and helped me decide on the best tires for my car.A worker ran to hold the door to help me get my Aunt in her wheelchair in the building. I have found this just doesnt happen everywhere!

This is our second time to come up here to get a front end alignment. The first time we were told we needed $1,200 done to the front end before it could be aligned. We went and had that work done by our mechanic and came back to get the front end aligned and was told this time that they couldn’t do it because the REAR tire on one side was 1/2 inch taller than the other.....but if we bought a smaller used tire from them for $30.00 they could then align the front end. We did that just to get the job done and be finished with it. Then we get a call and they can’t find the wheel lock which we told them was in the glove box. We drove back up there to get it out of the glove box for them. I will NOT be back to do business here. Very disorganized, slow and uneducated! We have been here since 10 am. Now they say a part was put on backwards by the mechanic and they would need to charge us $50.00 to correct that. Called the mechanic to tell him what they said. This place is doing nothing but trying to con people out of their hard earned money. Anyone care to bet they find something else wrong before they finish the job? Maybe I could make back the $80.00 they worked out of us today on top of the alignment!Well....finally finished at 2:50pm, I thought I was gonna have to rent a room for the night😡

Incredible service!!! I punctured my tire on the highway, and called as soon as my warning light came on. As I pulled into the parking lot, they got my keys from me and pulled my car into the bay to get it repaired!! Unbelievable experience for what could have been a huge I convenience.

Good people, good technicians, and good product. Prices are a little high, but they make up for it in service. The only annoying thing is the wait. They have a lot of customers so unless you are the 1st in the door in the AM you are going to be waiting a while, that is of course, if you cant drop off you vehicle and come back for it later. All in all, I give them 5 stars because theyve earned it.

Weve used Discount Wheel & Tire several times now and have always been so impressed. Clean, nice waiting room, friendly prompt service, and the most affordable prices around. I recently had a blow out due to a road hazard and they replaced my tire for just the $18 fee, easily and nicely with no hassle. Would absolutely recommend them!

Over priced, knowingly put an egg-shaped tire onto my car. Suggested that I shouldnt drive on it and then tried to charge me extra to fix the problem.

What can I say? Discount Wheel in Sulphur Springs is awesome! Ive used them for years! On this visit, they replaced my front AND rear brakes. And because I was working and couldnt get anyone to take me to pick it back up, they brought the car to me when it was ready. Thats service!

They damaged more than they fixed. I took my car in to have the CV axles replaced. Two weeks later my transmission started jumping out of gear. I took it to have an oil change that day and they said a seal was leaking around the CV axle. They had never leaked before, so obviously Discount Wheel & Tire damaged them. While they were working on my front axle they called and told me my rear shoes needed to be replaced. There is no reason they should have even looked at my back brakes, they were working on the front end. The only reason to do this is to upsell for more repairs. I told them I could not afford that at this time so they put that back together. The next day I replaced my own rear brake shoes, but when I pulled the brake drum off I found that they had not replaced the shoe properly and it was now dragging against the drum. Had I not checked it in a timely manner I would have had to replace the drum and the shoes within just a few more days.I will never take anything I own back to Discount Wheel & Tire.

I took my vehicle to Rolando because it had a shimmy. He informed me it needed to be aligned and I needed two new tires because one on the rear was split. I paid for the alignment but decided to purchase the two tires elsewhere because I could get a better deal elsewhere on tires. I was informed at the tire shop (and shown) my tires werent, my rim was bent and alignment had been unnecessary because that would not fix my problem. Bad, costly experience. Go somewhere else.

Amazing customer service! My daughter and I were travelling out of state and woke up to a flat tire with a nail in it. Walmart wait time was 2.5 hrs so we came here, and they had us in and out in 30 mins!! Recommend 10 stars!!

I had my vehicle towed to the shop so my insurance company could send an appraiser to inspect the damage. Was called by Rolando upon the arrival of my vehicle and informed that my wheel was bent in two places and cracked inside one of the bends. He tried to sell me on sending the wheel to be repaired. I told him that I was not okay with a repair and was filing with my insurance company for a replacement and they would be sending out an appraiser to make an inspection. Before my insurance company had even received any paperwork from the appraiser or any estimates from the shop, Rolando had completed the work. No work was ever authorized to be performed. I will be filing in small claims court for unauthorized repairs.

My third brake light bulb was bad and needed to be changed. They told me the bulb was fine...it was the entire part that was bad. They said they could order and replace it. The part is 60 dollars and i can only imagine how much i would have paid for labor. I left. Got a new bulb. Changed just the bulb myself...and it was fixed. So, if i were you...id get a second opinion elsewhere.

I was mislead about cost of service. Weather or not this was intentional isnt the issue. The issue is it was not handled appropriately. I have used this place many times in the past, and would have continued to do so if they would have resolved the miscommunication issue in a reasonable way. They choose not to at first. ((Please, read all.))Theirs an old saying that only after you have a problem do you find out how good the folks your dealing with really are. I found out today. Ok Ive been trying to correct a few things since I placed this review. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3. After alot of back and forth, they did acknowledge the problem. I will say after that they went out of thier way to make things right. Un fortunately after what happened Im not comfortable going back. But, I think this case was a learning experience for both me and them.

Not happy and wont return. I felt they were more interested in up selling me than doing the service I needed. Needed an alignment waited 2 hours or more found pitman arm tie rod needs replacement and would not do the alignment. Pitman arm rod does not affect the aliment. I am disappointed now I have to drive to Rockwall for an alignment.
