After hours I-30 service call was quick and reasonable.

Had a blow out on the trailer right before their exit, drove straight onto the property. We called and they were there within 10 minutes on a late Saturday afternoon. Great guys, fast, really nice, good work

Quick and friendly service. They arrived within 20 mins of our call and quickly changed a blown out tire on the gooseneck trailer.

These guys are wonderful! Super helpful and found us a spare rim and tire for our travel trailer after we had a blowout. They did this after hours and setup a service call for the replacement in less than 30 min. Amazing service! They are expensive, but the peace of mind was worth it!

I got to meet to the owner of this business as well as his son. They are very disrespectful. My wife and I waited 1 hour before anyone showed up. (We were only 7-10 mins away from the company building)Then we were refused service, and cursed at not to mention his Son tried to run me over in his Truck. They also did damage to my vehicle.

On my way to a funeral this morning I was side swiped by a diesel truck that hit me and My boyfriend and continued driving he messed up my passenger door so badly that I couldn’t close it back after I had opened it to let my boyfriend out at that point I knew I couldn’t drive back to Texarkana from sulphur springs with my door in the condition it was in even tho my car was still able to drive but instead of me having to pay $400 dollars to get my car towed the towing guy (I hate I didn’t get his name) took the time to help me and got my door to close I offered to pay him but he didn’t want the money there are still good people in the world I don’t know if you will See this review but I thank you so much because you didn’t have to go out your way and may God bless you I hope that if I ever need any roadside assistance again that the person be as helpful and kind as you

Fast service, easy to work with, affordable, courteous driver, and communicated well with us.

Aweful. Car was towed from an apartment complex, no notification from the apartments nor American Towing, had to call the police because we thought it was stolen to find out where it was. When found we were told the fee to release the car would be $293, plus $20 for the following day it was in storage. Came prepared to pay this fee and the it jumped to $381 somehow, which they could not explain, at least not intelligently. Be wary of these people and the way they conduct business. Update: In opposition to your response of following all laws and regulations, we were never notified of vehicle being impounded, nor were we notified of a notification fee, which shouldn’t have been charged as we were not notified of the impound by your company. A report to the BBB will be filed. Thanks for your response.

Very polite, helpful and professional group here. Picked up a vehicle and they were very helpful, quick and 0 issues. Even helped me load up the vehicle due to my injuries (disabled Veteran). I couldnt believe how quickly the wrecker got to me at night. Ive had to wait an hour or two for a wrecker and this was during daylight hours. American Towing dont play. They take your call and they show up in no time.

I was stranded in fate tx and i made a phone call to jason at american towing and they showed up not even within an hour all the way from sulphur springs these people do not play when it comes to serving their customers

American Towing & Tire was great! I won’t be going anywhere else. Great customer service, very clean waiting area, knowledgeable employees, and they gave me the best deal out of the 20+ places I called! Will definitely recommend to any and everyone!

Should be 0 stars. This is not a 24 hour tire service. They will only send someone out to a location of course for a fee. Not a 24 hr tire shop.... thats a false advertisement.
