They lost my box and give no compensation at all. Very unreliable company. Do not yaser FedEx, use any other content that has an option for signature confirmation of delivery. Worst mailing experience ever. To send a box overnight, they charge $144, and the only other option is ground without any signature confirmation. I tracked the package constantly and then, a day late, on Tues Feb16, it was marked delivered at 9:42am. So the recipient went outside and... guess what. No package, no door sticker, nothing. This was a very important very personal bespoke Valentines day gift without a possible reorder, as part were homemade chocolate candies and gold painted items. Ive put in a request for the package not delivered, as had the recipient. On top of that, the staff at this location Could Not BE any LESS CARING. Heartless. Save your money, frustration & time and go to another company.
