Adam did a great job, can I give him a “6”? He was very patient in understanding our ant problem and his treatment plan was exceptional. He was happy to do what was necessary to solve our problem and did not pressure us into a permanent service. I will always reach out to the team at Bullseye for my pest control needs.

Hired this company to do treatment for German roaches. Quoted me $150. Was told there might be a follow up required about 6 weeks later and would need to pay another $85 for a “follow up”. However couple of days after initial treatment continued to see active roaches and this continued. Called them that the initial treatment had not done anything to kill initial activity. Was told needed to wait for it to take effect. Waited and still same issues and was told they could come back but would have to pay the additional $85. This is completely misleading because the follow up should be to maybe seal and kill off what’s left over ñ, however, in this case the initial treatment was completed useless and ineffective. Basically they are quoting you $150 when in reality it’s going to be a minimum of $235 because the $150 does nothing. They should stop being misleading and more transparent with their products effectiveness and pricing. Very deceptive business practice.

I have used Bulls-Eye for a few years for routine spraying of my business as is required by the city. In the 5 years that I have used them I was amazed at how I never had any bugs ever. In Houston that is pretty challenging. They clearly use top of the line products. Their customer service is fantastic from the admin staff to the service staff. In fact I have become friends with the two twins, Adam and his brother who work here. It feels like family whenever they come by. I would and do recommend the company to everyone.

Ive used Bullseye for a couple years now and Ive always had an excellent experience from the actual treatments to the stellar customer service. I had my treatment completed with Adam today and his customer service was so awesome that it compelled me to write this review. I was given a 4 hour window for service which is usually a pain when you have a busy schedule, but Adam communicated with me by giving me an hour notice call ahead, then he also sent me a text to let me know when he was a about 20 minutes out. I have been having some trouble with ants lately so although this was my regular service, he listened to my concerns, viewed and diagnosed the problem and switched up the treatment chemical so that it addressed the current problem. He also made very insightful recommendations that I think will reduce any future bug problems. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Im a very happy customer and highly recommend Bulls-Eye for your pest control needs!

Bulls-Eye did my home inspection in 2009 before I bought it and I was so pleased that I have been their customer ever since. They come out quarterly like clock work and I dont even have to call and schedule the task. They call or leave a message with a reminder to let me know they are coming and its done. Simple as that. This is a wonderful family business. If you dont want to see bugs in or around you home then use them, you will not be disappointed!

I bumped into the bullseye employee as I was getting home. Adrian was servicing my neighbors house. I told Adrian I had similar problem. He gladly gave me a card and few pointers. I have tried several different pest control companies over the past few years. Tried Bulls Eye and am very pleased! Unlike most companies, they treat both outdoors and indoors! Our last treatment, it was raining. The tech treated indoors, then returned the following week to treat outside. The techs are pleasant and professional. I am a satisfied customer.

We had several small flying insect in my sons bedroom, and I thought, Oh no, termites!. I called Bulls-Eye because they were family owned, and found them on Google. I found them to be very professional and courteous. The receptionist was very prompt and was able to set an inspection appt the next day (I had called Monday morning). The inspection appt. was free, so I was prepared for a big sell on services. Adrian came the next morning (on time) and was very professional. After careful inspection he told me they were not termites, but were flying productive ants that just happened to crawl inside the house through some cracks in the bricks. Nothing to worry about! Thats it! No big sell on pest services, even offered to spray the area around my sons window for the ants for FREE. Couldnt have been more pleased with everything. Would highly recommend this company for pest control.

Great friendly service and the bugs are staying away!

Had bugs consistantly coming in the house after their treatments and also has a AC relay get fried out from ants crawling in. The lady at the call center basically told me this was my problem. Same yourself the headache use a real service go with Terminix or someone who will garantee their work. Horrible service and customer care.

Very professional! They cleaned off all of the spider webs outside, sprayed inside and out, and havent seen a bug yet! Very happy!
