I’ve been using them quarterly and in between as needed for almost 2 years. I had a weird moth infestation that Chris got under control and he went out of his way to spend time researching to ensure he was using correct chemicals and to make sure he got rid of them all. He offers free inspections, found the source of a rat getting in the house where an AC guy didn’t reseal the electrical line hole, told me a 3 dollar foam filler fix, inspected the house inside and out, and wouldn’t even let me pay him. Chris the technician was extremely thorough and helpful. He even provided me with some helpful tips for the future and assured me he would come back out if I had anymore issues. Chris was the best! Friendly service and did everything I asked him to do. I had a problem rat that thought he could make a home out of my house that was bothering my family for 3 weeks until I called Sleep Tight Pest Control for the rescue while he set up bait traps around the house. The next day I seen that the rat ate some pieces of the poisonous bait and ended up dying right outside my house in the garage where it tried to escape looking for water! Mission Accomplished! Called these guys as they were close by, they were super nice and seemed to know their stuff over the phone. They were also a couple bucks cheaper than the first place that I called.They were even able to get out to check my rental property the same day I called.The technician that came out, Chris, was super thorough and explained everything in a way that I could understand and didnt make me feel dumb or dirty at all. He also made me more comfortable about having bed bugs and told me its perfectly normal for this area of the country. I had no idea that Houston has such a large population. Scary!!!The treatment went smooth and theyre going to come back for a follow up in a few weeks.Hopefully I never have to deal with this again, but if it ever happens again I wont hesitate to call these guys first.

I found Sleep Tight by doing a search on bed bugs and their website came up. It said they specialized in this type of pest and so I gave them a call. The technician came out was friendly and asked me some generalQuestions about where and why I think I might have a problem. He did a complete inspection of my home showing me and explaining what I was looking at. It was gross but also let me know he knew what he was doing. After checking my home he told me 70% of infestations were low level and usually caused by picking one up somewhere.......nasty!!!! He gave me a preparation sheet and came to treat a few days later. Its been 2 weeks and I havent seen anything or had anymore bites. He said he would be back for a follow up inspection just to make sure problem was taken care of. Im happy and confident with their service!
