Friendly workers and technicians, always on time and barely any wait time. Other than the professional atmosphere, their prices are cheap in comparison to other laser clinics. I’ve done several sessions so far and have seen results in certain areas and barely any results in a majority of other areas, most likely will need to buy another package. So I’ll come back here and update you guys after I finish the 1st package and will continue for the 2nd package too.

I called in to ask about a Groupon I found that said “unlimited sessions for $150” while I was explaining to the lady that answered the phone, she explained that it’s only 6-8 sessions, when I told her that’s not what the ad said. Avoid this place!! Their equipment must be obsolete because after 5 treatments I don’t see any difference on hair reduction. Don’t even think about going their they are really bad in treating costumer.Very old machine that get hot every 10 minute which required a 5 minute wait to cool down. Please don’t be a victim like me just find some one else.

Very nice, clean facility. Staff are nice. Appointments are prompt. I am pleased with my treatments. For two weeks, you May feel as if hair is not shedding but it actually may take this amount of time to see effectiveness. Be patient and you will see good results.

I would give them a 0 star if Google allows me. I bought the groupon deal from them before the hurricane hits, because my friend is raving about this company, I checked the reviews and they seemed to be a very good company.So when the hurricane hits, the house got flooded I was out of town for almost a year. Then when I came back forgot about the groupon deal. So when I remembered the deal I called back and spoke to the manager explaining the situation and checking to see if they can still grand the deal due the horrible situation. The manager promised to call me back, but never did, so I called couple times more, still no answer.Recently I was trying to purchase a new deal on groupon and remembered what I had, so I decided to give it one last try. The manager was nice and told me she will check with the corporate office and get back to me the same day, she never did. Called 5 times, the last time she told me nothing can be done and blame me for not getting in touch with the previous manager even she did not get back with me. Apparently it is a pattern that they promise to call and resolve issue but they just choose not to. She also told me she has no responsibilities to calling me back whatsoever because I am not a client. Are you serious??? What kind of customer service is this? I did not expect they grand the deal after so long, I understand what happened, but I am the kind of person whenever I promise someone to call I will at least call and let them know they are still working on it.So the last time I called, the manager Samira kept on blaming me for not getting in touch with them while they either ignore me or not keeping up with the issue themselves. Maybe they are good with the laser removal when everything is fine, but this kind of customer services is worth laughing at.At the end of the conversation she started to yell at me. OMG!I hope whoever bought their services nothing goes wrong, because if it did, they will not take any responsibilities and they will blame everything on you.Good luck, Yall

I have always had issues with ingrown hairs on my legs and doing laser hair removal has completely made my life easier. I dont have to shave anymore or worry about red bumps. Prime Laser has been super professional and convenient. The staff is super friendly and I will recommend everyone I know to them. Only bad thing I have to say is that I wish I had done it sooner.

I bought a 6 treatment full body package and I already had the 6 treatments with very little success. After my 3rd session there was very little changes and I asked my technician why and she said that sometimes it happens that a customer may need more sessions. She kept on insisting on buying a second treatment and I said that not till I can see the results after the 6 treatments. I asked throughout my sessions several times if because I am Latina shouldn’t Maybe be a different type of laser, but she explain that pretty much is the same laser for all types of skin. After my 6th session I decided to buy an additional package with 6 sessions. Which I have not started because of the COVID 19 situation.I was very excited and now that I have been waiting for the additional sessions I can see all my hair coming back with very little results. I feel that to have finished a package with 6 sessions there should be more results. Do not get me wrong the people that work there are very nice, front office and technician. One thing that I didn’t like was that they change the technician If you do not request the same before scheduling your next appointment . So if you like your technician just keep asking and scheduling sessions with same. I only gave 1 start because they are friendly and I liked Miriam who was very friendly, but no longer works there. I wouldn’t go back, but because I haven’t start my second package I have to.

She explained what to expect throughout the service and gave honest and straightforward suggestions. The facility was clean and attractive, with lively music playing. I would highly recommend giving Prime Laser Center a try if youre looking for a great place for laser hair removal.

People at Prime laser sugarland are amazing! Especially Adriana, she is always thorough with her work and she’s patient whenever it gets painful. She never leaves any spots, plus she’s super sweet and fun to talk to.Hair laser removal works guys, but you have to give it time, you won’t see any difference in 2-3 sessions. It takes more, so be patient.

I got the full body package which included the entire body for 6 treatments and with my very light skin tone and dark hair, I was told I was a perfect candidate. Unfortunately after 6 treatments at the highest laser power available by them, I saw absolutely no results on any part of my body. After paying $1,500, I was expecting to see some results. If I had seen any results at all, I gladly would have continued to go back for more treatments. Very disappointed.

Love! If you are thinking about laser hair removal I highly suggest it. Especially here as the results I have seen at prime laser are far better than the place I had tried previously. I love prime laser. They are terrific in what they do. I started on my lower legs and bikini and ended with the whole body package. My skin feels smooth and I just love the feeling. I did lots of reading beforehand about different types of lasers and different clinics. I felt totally comfortable after visiting their Sugar Land center. Loving it :)

I am almost done with my 6 treatment laser package and I am pleased with the results. This is my second round of laser hair removal ; the first being at another competitor. My hair growth is greatly reduced to almost nonexistent depending on the area. I am doing the full body package but on the areas of my choosing. My tech Miranda is sweet and awesome, the staff is friendly, and they are consistent. Consistency matters to me ; the last place I went to had different staff every single time I went in 😒
