So, Here’s my experience with StorQuest in Sugarland. I started renting a spot for my travel trailer in January of this year. Everything was fine for the first couple of months but not so much lately. Things went downhill when they rented the spot next to me. I know.....that should not be a problem, but it is because the guy that rented the spot is in the business of renovating and re-selling travel trailers. Theoretically, that shouldn’t be a problem either but it is because the rigs he pulls in are usually pretty big and he ALWAYS leaves the slides completely open. When he does that, I barely have enough room to park my trailer and in fact there was one time, I couldn’t park it at all – not enough room. Even when I can park it, I can’t open my door and pull down my stairs (see picture). So, either I can’t pull into the spot and if I can, I can’t get into my trailer which is what happened this morning when I went over to do something in my own trailer – I couldn’t open the door. This is 3rd or 4th time this has happened. I have talked to management each time and they assured me that it wouldn’t happen again. Why would he leave his slides open you ask? Well, he not only leaves the slides open, he leaves the door of his rig open because he is showing it to prospective buyers. I can only hope that he accompanies said buyers when they are there and that he is not giving them his gate code. On top of that, I have just been notified that my monthly rental fee is going up from $154 to over $190. Such a deal.

Rate was very competitive. Chelsea did a great job making the application process fast and painless. Facility is very clean. Access is simple.

The Ladies are so helpful in the office. This world we are all living in it is nice to see a happy and understand person. The staff here is one of a kind. You can count your stuff safe and well cared for at this place.

Best manager and office personal around.Place is secure and just off the beaten path so its not visible to criminals. Highly recommend.

Our unit is in the newer building and has a light. It’s 10x20 and so clean. Sign up was painless and very detailed. I would highly recommend StorQuest Self Storage.

I called Storquest near the Grand Pkwy and Hwy 90 in need of temporary storage for one of my Smoker BBQ pits. Jennifer answered and her information was extremely informative. She answered my questions and invited me to see the space. I did. She showed me several different spaces and I found just what I needed.I really appreciated Jennifers assistance. The good people managing this facility are well organized, friendly, and helpful in every way. They keep the facility super clean, with gate systems and lights working perfectly. The location is off the beaten path and quiet, which feels more secure to me. The best facility in the area I believe.

Storquest storage facility in sugarland is clean, well maintained and secure. Chelsea was great, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Honestly I cant say enough about my experience.

Great place to keep your stuff! The lady that work in the office are great! Very helpful and kind!! The units are clean and stay dry. Good security so your stuff will be kept safe. Someone lives on site as well. You can also park large RV, cars, trucks or boats there. They have spots with covers and power and have spots with out. The price is very reasonable. You can do month to month so that was nice cause that is what i was needing.

I stored a trailer in the covered outdoor space. When I first rented at the facility there were 2 access points to my location, however the site began renting out concrete space to trailers and trucks on the main route into the storage facility. This cut off one of the drives to those of us with trailers because we can no longer make the turn without compromising one of the stored trailers in the entry way. There were also some tool trucks that would park almost in the middle of the main route which would also create a barrier to easy entry and exit. Overall the facility is well kept and management is very kind, however this is not a good trailer storage facility due to the access issues. If you just need standard storage, this facility is great.

This place is wonderful, reasonably priced, and the manager is outstanding. I have zero complaints and used them for about 3 years. I am grateful that we have such an awesome storage option in New Territory. Y’all do an excellent job!

I have just recently found this place after searching for storage facilities near where I live. After visiting multiple facilities, I ultimately chose to try this place because of best pricing and friendliness of staff. From the beginning, both Jennifer and Chelsea were very friendly and accommodating. They even went out of their way to suggest and move me to what they deemed was a better unit, given my needs. I look forward to utilizing this facility for long term storage.

This place is very clean. I like how no matter what is happening in life the office staff is ready to try and help you with your storage needs. I know my items are in a safe place with this location. I always see the ladies checking the whole site throughout my visits. They even stop to check on customers as they work. This place is awesome.

What an experience, these ladies are so fun who knew moving could be so entertaining? Prices are higher than most in this area but the customer service and care that these ladies give is worth it. The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I had a special need for a RV storage spot.. The 2 awesome ladies that run the place went above my expectations to resolve it.. I made a decision to return to StorQuest from a few years ago when I stored my RV there.. I went back because of the service and again very happy!

I have been at this location for almost three years. I stored an entire household until recently and now store just seasonal items and mix match pieces. I have been so pleased with Jennifer, the Manager, and Chelsea and others working there. They are always incredibly helpful and the buildings are kept clean. I have used trucks from this location and again I have not had any problems. Customer service is #1 here.

I have been a customer since 2003 and love the location and management! They recently reworked my monthly rate to a more affordable fee. Theyre always looking out for their customers and trying to help. I highly recommend this facility!

Chelsea was extremely helpful when I was trying to decide how much storage I would need and dealing with my two active kiddos. The facility is clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this location!

I have been to some places in my storage quest and boy this one is different. The office staff is very nice and did not mind my kids eating all the candy mints they had. LOL. The site is very clean and the driveways between buildings are wide. We had the movers to pull right up to our unit.

I came in for a Uhaul truck and found out that you no longer have that service but Jennifer helped us out, she is the best love her attitude and professionalism. Our experience with StorQuest Sugar Land, Tx. has been exceptional. Bernard, the manager, has gone way and above board in helping us. Everyone there is communicative, nice and professional. We have had a storage unit there for over three years and are about to add two more. I would highly recommend StorQuest to anyone.

I filled out the online reservation and was called back in less than 10 minutes to set up appointment. Arrived the next day and everything was very easy. Chelsea took me around the property and showed me the storage unit before I signed anything. All information, including contract, insurance, log-in codes, payment, etc. took approximately a half hour.

I really enjoyed the staff and their friendliness.

Nice and clean facility. Have RV and like we can access facility 24 hours a day. On site manager is extreme nice and does a good job.

When I called for information and to confirm that electrical power was provided to my space I found this a problem. I live in San Leon Texas and almost each time I either check on my trailer or take in out, I found the breaker popped and no power. In the last two weeks I have checked my trailer and found no power to my trailer. There is now a wasp nest in the top of the plastic cover of the power electrical plug in. Should note that the first time I moved my trailer into my space, I was stung by a wasp living in the front bumper of the vehicle next to my space. When I went to pick up my trailer on Friday, I found no power to my trailer and battery level was only 1/4 charged. YOU CAN NOT SAY YOU PROVIDE ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU DO NOT !The employees that work there are very nice

Wanted to move in before the open next day and take care of paper work a day ahead. Instead I had to do the paperwork a day ahead and pay for an extra day. Next morning go to my assigned unit and it had a lock on it. So I took one that did not (was told 3rd one in in building B) since I assumed it was unlocked for me.Went to the office to try and straighten it out which took some time because a different person was working. If I would of had to move my stuff again I would not of been happy.
