Jodi walked me through the many questions I had concerning cube Smart and I was calling the wrong cube smart store. She spent time with me to find the correct cube smart location. Answered all my questions with a beautiful smile. Thumbs up for her. Now I wished I had rented a storage room from her. We rented a Penske truck from this location, they had all sizes to choose from & we got a great price on a 26 truck to drive 24 hours to our destination. Truck was great. Jodi who helped us was amazing. Highly recommend renting a moving truck/van from this location.

I had a great experience renting a 16’ Penske truck here. Jodi was very sweet and helpful during the process and provided great customer service.

Great Service and great to work with. If you rent a Penske truck or trailer. Rent here, even if a few minutes out of the way it is worth it. I have pick up and returned one way rentals and this cubesmart the best.

Davids customer service was very good. However, mandatory 1 month Cubesmart insurance (when we have USAA coverage readily available), and were made to buy an identical lock to the one we already owned (albeit theirs had CubeSmart metal stamped on the front) was inappropriate.Way to milk those margins! And its not a corporate policy. We called and asked. Its the General Managers call.

This is the second time that I have posted a negative review. CubeSmart automatically charged me last month, even though I had already moved out of my unit. I just checked my bank account, and CubeSmart automatically charged me again! I did reach out to CubeSmart for help, but the website wouldn’t allow me to send a message. How convenient!

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received upon moving and closing my unit. I was a CubeSmart customer for years. When we moved, we needed to move out of our storage units. We went into the office and personally told the employee that we would be moving and would not be in our units for the next billing cycle. We did exactly what we said we would do. I hired 2 young men to move things out of our units the weekend before the end of our payment cycle. Imagine my surprise when a week later I was automatically charged for one unit. I called and spoke with an employee who said that he never received notification that we were moving. Not sure what to say about that... other than, I’m not a liar. The employee said that he would “check on it.” When I called a week later, I was told that he checked the unit that Friday and I still had things in the unit. Guess how he checked? The lock was off. Guess why? Because we were in the process of moving out. We had everything removed by Saturday. Did the 2 men I hired go into the office and tell them we moved? No. Why should they? We are living in COVID times. They did the job they were paid to do.I was basically called a liar again. I was moved out when I was supposed to be. Corporate CubeSmart knew that I was moving out because on the Thursday following my “move out Friday/Saturday, they sent a survey asking me to tell them about my experience with CubeSmart. I tried to make a complaint and/or receive help on the corporate website, but the email response won’t send... hmm

Outstanding service and clean well kept facilities

The storage place was clean and cool on the inside. The hours for in and out were ok with my schedule. The only thing that keeps them from getting the fifth star is that the light went out in my unit and I asked three times for it to be fixed and I finally put the bulb in myself.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, I had to get a storage unit and rent a truck. Mercedes was amazing. I really appreciated her friendliness and the way she handled everything in such a positive and effective manner. All this while her own family was dealing with Harvey! Jeffrey was very helpful too. Great product, great staff with a great attitude. Thank you!!

Very clean and smell clean/fresh

The State is on lockdown from Covid-19 so CubeSmart thought it would be a great time to suddenly raise my rent by 30%.

Staff is professional and helpful. Facility is very clean and in a great location. Was Texas-hot outside on my move-in day, so the manager handed me a water bottle and even took some to my buddies that were moving stuff as I was finishing up with paperwork. Little things like that really speak to the customer service mindset they have here. Google should add a sixth star for these folks!

I came in looking just for a storage space, and I got so much more. Mercedes made this experience one I will never forget. She was so kind, and helpful and reassured me everything was going to be okay. i was truly wowed by this interaction. I will be sure to tell everyone I know where to go. This has been a hard few weeks, but being greeted at the door by Mercedes and such a friendly vibe really helped me regain focus and take a chill pill. She was very patient, and answered all the questions I had. We viewed a few spaces, and found the best fit. She truly cares about her customers and it shows. My initial point of contact with CubeSmart First Colony was pleasant. The process was smooth and easy. Later that night, I returned with a truck full of belongings to move into my unit. Unfortunately, the gate was broken. I spoke with someone in customer service, whom contacted the MOD. An hour and five minutes later, I finally got in the gate.The manager arrived on property at 9:40 pm and told me that the gate closed at 10 pm...With a truck full of stuff (I was alone), I wasnt sure how Id get it done within 20 minutes. The manager then offered to stick around for 10 extra minutes, but stated that was all he could do...Now grant it, I magically got it all done in 20 minutes; however, I thought it was somewhat poor customer service because I had already waited over an hour to get into the gate, but instead of being more accommodating, he pretty much rushed me...If it had not been for this situation, Id give this location a higher rating.

We needed a short term storage unit while we put our house up for sale. My experience with CubeSmart from start to finish was great. The manager, Mercedes was wonderful to work with, She is very friendly and professional and efficient. The facility is very convenient and clean. I definitely recommend it.

I had my first storage in August 2016 and Mercedes Owen general manager was so helpful. Mercedes does the job with so much knowledge and passion, one will think the company belongs to her. As a result of her deligence, respect for others and passion for service, I ended up renting two more storage units for my belongings while awaiting the completion of my home. As long as she is here, I will boldly say, cube smart is in good hands.

The process was very fast, the General Manager was very knowledgeable. I was able to see a space and lease it within 15 minutes. I would rent space here again, or even rent a Truck. I would highly recommend this location

I storage my stuff here for 6 months to only to realize that their unit is infested with red fire ants. All my kids clothes my wifes clothes are covered in fire ants. They told me we dont cover fire ants! They never even offer to dry clean my clothes and wash. Then when I took my stuff out of that unit to clean and dry clean i left some boxes outside the unit to come back and clean that to cuz I had no more room in the car so I left it n tried to contact them to tell them not to touch myself nobody answer. Then they contact me and told me we throw everything in dumpster and ruin even my kids clothes even more. Please do not come here
