I like Lance, he is upfront and personable. I have been with him for 5 years now and he is very helpful and will always answer your call for help. And its nice to know that if something goes wrong and you need immediate assistance someone is there to help you. Nobody wants to be waiting for a call back when they need to talk about a problem.
