They were very busy. Their service bays and parking lot were completely full. Even so, they welcomed me in and promised to take care of my vehicle the same day. I went in for my car inspection and I couldn’t believe how quickly they did it for me.The staff were so profressional and friendly and I felt like I was treated fairly and with respect.I definitely recommend them.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. Not only did I get my oil changed for less almost $60 less than my usual, I got an absolutely stacked amount of work done and it was all covered by my warranty. Kace (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) was there for every step of the process, answered every question I had, and went way beyond to do all the leg work with my warrant company so I didn’t have to stress.I don’t normally leave a Google review, but I’ll take this as an exception to the norm, because they were incredible. Highly recommend, definitely worth the trip if you’re not from this part of town.

We had a pre-purchased inspection from Christian Brothers. Their service is outstanding and the highly rated reviews are true.We were dealing with a really pushy car dealership and had to take our interested car to PPI next day. We were calling couple places for PPI, but it was either too far from the dealership or cannot do PPI next day. When we called CB, they squeezed the PPI service in the morning slot even it their schedule was pretty full. When we dropped our car at the shop, they were saying the PPI will take about 2 hours. But they finished the inspection less than 1.5 hours.Their PPI was outstanding. They show the report of the PPI based on the urgency. The report was easy to understand whether the car needs a lot of repairs and which issues have to be taken care right away. When we asked for a quote to repair issues they found, they made the quote without any hesitation. They also explained which one should be taken care at the same time based on the type of repair the car is going to go through.As a person who is not familiar with a car, I really appreciate their professional knowledge and services. It was very positive experience and CB definitely got my trust. If I have to take a car to a service, I will definitely bring the car to CB again.

My vehicles air conditioner stopped working and was becoming uncomfortable to drive. I have a very busy work schedule and only had a small window of opportunity to get the repairs done - I called 2 other shops in the area and could not get a firm commitment to a completion time. I was fortunate to call this location and speak with SAM and after a series of questions with my concerns he committed to have the vehicle complete by the following day or he would make some arrangements to keep me on the road. I will start by saying I am not always easy to please and I don’t like getting indecisive information. That being said, Christian Brothers were so amazing to work with. They were efficient, kind and helpful. I had previously gone to my dealership to try and have my car looked at, after three visits, they didn’t have a great answer for what was going on with my car. I kept taking the car back, letting them keep it for days at one point, and they would give me a bit of the run around and finally just hand my car back to me with little to nothing done. At the end of the day, the dealership was right for what needed to get done but they lost some of my trust so I didn’t feel comfortable taking the car back to them. Christian Brothers was efficient, they were able to diagnose the car in a few hours and get the repair done in a day! My car’s condition is much improved and that is all thanks to Christian Brothers! This Christian Brothers location is hands down one of the best auto shops I’ve ever experienced. Kelly the owner is kind, caring and extremely trustworthy. My wife and I were blown away by the service we received and the kindness we were shown. We came in from out of town for a pre purchase inspection, and were extremely lucky to have called this location first. Kelly, Sam (our great mechanic), and the Christian Brothers team had our best interest in mind and saved us a whole lot of money and many headaches by pointing out the many many defects, prior faulty repairs, and general damage that was going on with a car that was advertised as being in great shape. The New Territory location is the one I use most frequently and they are always courteous and professional.During my vehicles annual inspection at another nearer shop, a power steering seal leak was noted. When I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers for a routine oil change and a competitive quote on the power steering repair, it turned out there was no problem, the other shop had simply misidentified the issue.Christian Brothers New Territory has always been thorough and honest.

I was in and out quickly for an oil change and a state inspection. I was quoted an hour and a half for the job and I was driving away in 45 minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous. The prices are a little high, but the quality was great and I wasnt upsold on anything.

Very nice guys. Good communication. Timely. But they are very expensive so they lost a star there.For example, I’ve got almost identical work done on my same car at Tire Choice in Florida last year. Full synthetic oil change was $58, diagnosing my airbag warning light was free, and repairing damaged wiring under my passenger seat was $50.At Christian Brothers, full synthetic oil change was $73, diagnosing my airbag warning light was $89, and replacing damaged wiring under the driver seat this time was $118. So the exact same work was almost triple the price. Not to mention, they quoted me about $70 to replace my cabin air filter and were going to use just a regular inexpensive generic filter. I watched a 5 min YouTube video, bought a filter for $15 and replaced it myself in 15 min.So overall, they’re fine, but their pricing for everything is a bit nuts. Maybe they do this for the wealthy Sugar Land crowd. I mean, if I’m going to spend $73 for an oil change, I might as well just go to Take 5, stay in my car, and be out of there in minutes. I’ll have to find someplace more affordable for my future repairs.

This location has the friendliest people from the office to the techs. They are professional as well as treating you like family. I’m frequent this location for any auto problems from oil changes to inspections. You will not be disappointed.

I recently took in my car to them to have a 90,000 mile service tune-up. To be honest, I worry about these type of services because it would be easy for a business to run up the bill and find things to fix that dont need to be. However, my experiences with Christian Brothers in New Territory have always given me the peace of mind to not have to worry about those things. They have always been honest and upfront with me. They have even declined to do work on something because they didnt feel it would be worth it. I know a lot of places that wouldnt act with such integrity. Thee owner there has obviously placed a high importance on customer service. I left my credit card there after paying this time. I had picked up my car right before closing on Friday, and I know they wanted to get home and enjoy their weekend like we all do. They called as soon as they realized it. I told them not to worry because I could just pick it up on Monday. The employee insisted he could stay and wait past closing for me to pick it up. Then he went even further, and asked if he could just bring it by my house on his way home. I accepted that act of kindness, and know what good service is when I experience it. I cant put a price on trust and good service when it comes to an auto-repair shop. thank you Christian Brothers - New Territory for all that you do.I will add in that Christian Brothers is a franchise, but each one is independently owned and operated. I have not dealt with any of the other locations, but if they are run half as well as this one, I would gladly give them my business as well.

Super nice people and love that you can schedule an appointment time. Work was twice as expensive as we planned but they also did more work than we anticipated. We will continue to use them for work not covered by our factory warranty.

In the hard time the world is going through Christian Brothers it here to help. I really needed my Inspiration done on my car and could not afford it. Then I can across there ad saying they would do it for free. While there I spoke with a lady who was just making small talk. I told her about the hard times Im going through and about the struggle of finding toilet paper. She offered me some. Blow my mind. The willingness and support they are giving the community is above and beyond anything I have ever seen. So lets give back to them and show them some support.

I have mixed feelings about this place. For once, they are very nice and knowledgeable. However, they lost my trust on this last episode.About 6 months ago, they performed a maintenance on the breaks of my Honda, including brake fluid flush. About a week ago, the breaks started failing. When I brought the car, they were adamant it was the master cylinder, a $600 job. I asked whether it could be simply an issue with the brake fluids, they said yes, it could be too. A $100 job. It turns out it was the break fluid. They should have given me the option instead of going straight for the most expensive repair. Worst part of it, even though they did a flush 6 months ago, a job which should last for years, they still wanted to charge me the full amount. Not until I questioned this with much insistence they took 30% off.Not good enough! In this business, trust is everything. You regretfully lost mine :(

Im an amateur mechanic and do my own work whenever I can, but there are times that I either dont have time to do a job or just dont want to. Those times I bring my vehicle to Christian Brothers as their work has always been excellent and prices fair. Notice that I didnt say cheap because a good mechanic wont ever be cheap. A good, honest mechanic is worth paying for and thats what youll get here.
