The staff is great. Very friendly and kind people. If I based my review only on that, theyd get 5 stars. But Ive used them twice for bug/spider treament and have not had the best experiences. Both times the spray took over 4 hours to dry vs. the 30-45 mins it was supposed to take. The first time their spray can had a peice break off in our garage, so it sprayed too much and my puppy was vomiting for the rest of the day. Not their fault, just a freak accident. But the last time they came, the treatment did basically nothing for our bug/spider problem(which isnt a severe problem, just a normal spring pest problem). I wish I had contacted them sooner about it because 2 months after getting the house sprayed when I finally did call them, and they said it was only guaranteed for the first 30 days. They said theyd discount it to $65, but I think I just need to find a new company. My toddler has woken up with spider bites and Im finding beetles and centipedes in my house way too often, so I want to find a more reliable company like we had before we moved to Suffolk.

Second Opinion has been my termite and pest company since 1994. This company has performed our termite inspections and quarterly pest services on both homes we have owned and has always provided excellent service. They have also taken care of crawl space issues with installation of fans and replaced our moisture barrier. Thanks to Second Opinion, we have been trouble free from pests and moisture issues. The fact that I have been with them for 26 years speaks volumes and I certainly recommend this company to anyone seeking great value and service.
