Had my yearly termite inspection and quarterly bug control. John called to let know that his eta was 8:45. Shortly there after he called again to let me know that he was behind an accident and would be a little late. When he got here, he apologized for being a little late, which I was just glad that he was safe! He remembered my crazy overprotective dog Maggie and smiled. He quickly, but efficiently did the inside, outside, and termite inspection.The ladies in the office are awesome too! When they sent me the reminder for my quarterly I called to see if we could change the date. She realized that my yearly termite was due the next month, and combined the two appointments for me.Finally, we have been using Coastal for 5 years now, and have never had a problem with anything!!!

Found termites in my detached garage so had coastal come out to treat that and the house. Office staff and tech were very friendly. In the middle of the job the tech tells me the garage slab is too thick to drill through so only the outside can be done. Then would only take $100 off a nearly $2000 bill. So garage half done and over charged. Needless to say not very pleased.

He is extremely knowledgeable and very meticulous in spraying my house. Over the years I think he’s gotten rid of any kind of bug I ever would’ve had and probably not known I had it because he gets it before I ever see it.
