I had a great experience with the First Team Kia Service Dept today, had my first oil change since buying my car there earlier this year. Ryan Davidson was very helpful, professional, and provided accurate information. I was in and out at the expected time frame and a comfortable set up in the lobby while I waited. I have always had great service here. Taryn is very nice, super helpful and HONEST!! That is the most important attribute in auto service along with solid work. My daughter went in for some service and she took the time to speak with me over the phone when I had a question and explained everything to my daughter so she could understand. Thanks, Taryn!

Communication is absolutely horrible, sat there for 5 hours with 2 kids for them not to fix my car and not even tell me they couldn’t fix it until I attempted to drive away and saw for myself it wasn’t fixed
