They are lazy and inept. The Franklin office takes FAR TOO LONG to make decisions. They never call you back.This is by far THE WORST mental health facility I have EVER encountered.Update September 2018: Franklin location has case manager that is inept due to being lazy as hell. Case manager supervisor is the same.
