The best dental treatment I’ve ever received, no exaggeration. The staff is friendly and inviting. Front the time I entered the office until I exited, the staff was very courteous and polite. Beth was very personable and informative in ensuring that I knew every step of treatment I received during my visit. She also was very attentive to my dental needs and desire and for teeth whitening, and she sold me on the $99 whitening for life treatment (ask about this treatment, you will be amazed by this offer). Dr. W. provided exceptional bedside manners and is very thorough in developing a customized treatment plan for each patient. Looking forward to my next appointment to discuss further treatment goals. This office definitely restored my confidence and trust in receiving quality, professional dental care.

Absolutely love this practice! I had been looking for a new dentist and I am grateful I was given H&H as a recommendation. I have finally gotten my dental health in order. They all have a wonderful attitude. It’s a great environment to enter when you have to go in for a procedure you wouldn’t normally enjoy. This is Erika Cole. Lets Get Into It with E and J is my husbands and mines podcast title.I visited Heriford and Heriford today because part of my tooth chipped off. I met with Dr. Griffith and Kim who were extremely nice to me. They were both very cordial and professional. They took x-rays and proceeded to fix my chipped tooth. Dr. Griffith then suggested I have a total evaluation as she detected more cavities from the x-rays. They then proceeded with more x-rays and other needed treatments.I then met with Vicki the Hygienist who gave me a cleaning and a fluoride treatment. Vicki was very friendly and cheerful. She was extremely gentle and thorough with my teeth. Ive never had a better cleaning. I also met Amber while with Vicki who was also very nice to me.Overall the entire staff at Heriford and Heriford made my experience there, not only painless, but exceptional. Everyone I encountered was so polite and friendly to me. Their professionalism was apparent and outstanding. I would highly recommend Heriford and Heriford for all your dental needs. .

I am new to Heriford & Heriford: Smile Design Dental Center. I called Tuesday afternoon requesting an appointment. The minute they heard that I was in pain, they scheduled me for the next morning. I arrived at the office prior to the appointment, they came out to my car, welcomed me, took my temperature and had me sign the COVID disclosures. Got me into the center shortly after. Dr William Heriford and the team took very good care of me. I would definitely recommend.

I wasn’t necessarily afraid to visit the dentist, more concerned with budget. Everything was explained perfectly to me. The visit was extremely thorough, every penny was worth it. They went above and beyond, nothing was over looked. They were very honest, making it easy for me to make a decision that was best for me. The staff (including doctor) all really do seem as if they love their job. There was no judgement, no pressure. They talked about my teeth as if it was their passion. I have been to the dentist only one other time in VB, but seriously, they really love what they do. I felt pretty comfortable, I was respected, listened to. It was almost too odd because you really don’t find care like this anywhere else. They deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you for listening to me, addressing my concerns. I have been going to H&H since October 2017 for all of my dental needs and have yet to be disappointed. I hadn’t seen a dentist since childhood prior to them, so several issues had developed over time. They have worked with me over the past three years to improve my overall mouth health and combat early signs of periodontis included but not limited to: extractions; scalings; fillings; and crown installation. My experience on 10/5/20 was horrible reason being my appointment on this day was scheduled a month in advance and to get a call from the the receptionist the day of my appointment 3 hours before my schedule appointment to change appointment time to a later time that day is very UNPROFESSIONAL and when I refuse to change the time and to arrive at my regular schedule appointment she said ok as I arrive at my appointment and on time they then tried to manipulate my valuable time because the doctor was behind schedule which in all honesty isnt my problem. I guess they where trying to make up for the couple of days that the office was closed because they were on a retreat. Here again not my problem. As I stated before my experience on about date was horrible and UNPROFESSIONAL and I will not be returning nor will I refer anyone unsatisfied customer/patient.

This was the first dental office that I came to when I moved to Virginia from out of state. Dr. Bill is so great, he actually listens to you and genuinely cares about your concerns. I really appreciate the extra time Dr. Bill takes to explain something to you so you can understand whats going on. Oral hygiene has always been important to me and Ive never had a office actually take the time to talk to me and that makes a difference in the care that is provided. All the staff members in the office have been so polite and wonderful. I will say this is one of the nicest dental offices Ive ever been too. I would reccomend them again and again. Dr. Bill was awesome and very gentle. He removed a wisdom tooth a week ago which aas a very challenging tooth... He explained what he was going to do before he done anything.. Everything that I was unsure about he took the time out to make sure that I understood.. I now have a dry socket and he has turned my tears into smiles as the pain is not as bad... Im so glad I came here... Excellent Dr and staff...
