I was afraid to have my wisdom tooth pull but the surgeon made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I really recommend this facility, everyone was very nice. Awesome!

Staff was very friendly at the front desk. The assistants were excellent they truly make you feel comfortable as possible and the oral surgeon Dr. Barry was very thorough when explaining what all was going to happen during surgery. Overall he genuinely caring, knowledgeable and confident and took the time to listen to my concerns. When he pulled my wisdom tooth it was so fast I didnt even know it had happened in under 1 minute. Great place! Would definitely recommend them.

I have been trying years to get my wisdom teeth out, but I’ve always been scared. I was referred to one dentist however he only provided numbing medicine and I wanted to be put to sleep. Also another kept giving me the run around. So eventually I was referred to Goodove. First visit was hard for me because I get anxiety so I had to reschedule and I didn’t think Dr. Berry understood that at first. Finally came back and was able to have a relaxing conversation with Dr. Berry. My appointment was yesterday and it was over in 30 minutes. I still had effects of the anesthesia up to 6 hours later, but it was a very pleasant and painless experience. Even post-op I was not in pain.

I love this Dentistry. From the 1st visit the staff and Dr. was pleasant. They made sure my son was comfortable. Dr explain everything that my son primary Dr did not explain for me to understande in lame man terms. This office went beyond their duties and handled things for me that I could not do for myself. I am so ever grateful. ❤

My experience here was overall wonderful. I just wish the front desk secretaries werent so loud. Its not just this office but them all. Were discussing my information so it should be done in a discreet manner. But the overall was awesome. I would recommend the office to others. Just ask them to lower their voice when speaking with you.

I should have known when I read the bad reviews to be leery of this place, but I try to give everyone a chance to show me their good side. The front desk people were great. Very nice. The back office was horrible. The assistant couldnt get a good x-ray and blamed it on me. Then Dr. Berry came in and started telling me what he wanted to do. First he said the tooth that needed to be removed was a root canal tooth, not true, never had a root canal on that tooth. Then told me how he was going to numb me and give me nitrous oxide to remove the tooth. How he would cut to remove the tooth. I asked if he was not going to sedate me like my dentist had requested. He said no!. I said my dentist asked you to sedate me because of my anxiety. his reply was well I could tell him to take the tooth out himself. That is when I told him we were done. Never will I go to this office or refer anyone there. STEER CLEAR!!!! They are rude beyond belief.

Very friendly and caring doctors! I had all my Wisdom Teeth extracted. I was afraid of what was to come. My appointment was early, so my wait time was less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. When a nurse came to get me she was very friendly and explained to my mother what was to expect. When I was taken to the back the nurse assured me that everything was going to be okay. She was very friendly and calm. She had a great attitude for an early morning. I was given laughing gas or nitrous oxide. The nurse explained to me what I was supposed to be feeling. Dr. Berry came in and he also had a great attitude. He and the nurse were very nice. Dr. Berry explained what medicines he was giving me through my IV and that helped calm the nervousness. I dont remember when I fell asleep. I felt nothing throughout the procedure. Overall, Dr.Berry and the nurse that he worked with were great. They were also kind enough to check-up on me that same day just a couple hours later. Also, I had forgotten my earrings there and they were very kind and held them until I was able to come pick them up. Awesome place! Nice people!

The staff at the Suffolk Harbour View was extremely friendly and helpful. Neketa was great during the extraction, she continued to help me to remain calm. Dr. Berry was very informative before, during, and after the extraction. He talked in a calming manner and told me exactly what he was doing so I would understand. Afterwards, he showed me why he was having a hard time getting me numb. All in all the experience was good and the procedure went well.

Excellent service! The dental assistant that aided me throughout my wisdom teeth surgery was wonderful and super nice. The assistants went the extra mile by calling and checking up on me the same day after the surgery. Dr. Berry who performed the surgery was very informative and seemed to have extensive experience in the dental field which was reassuring. I would highly recommend this office.

Do not go to this dentist ! I went their to have my top teeth pulled out..Dr Zachary berry is a butcherI payed 2500 hundred dollars all he was supposed to do glad d pull my teeth out.we discussed the procedure and hr never said he would be cutting me..their was no need to..he view t my gums do far up itd been two years and they still havent healed.. Hr was rude and they r hr finished the operation he ran out the room I am suing him please to not let this man work on you hr Id a butcher.

I would definitely recommend Goodove Oral Surgery. Ive been here twice and the staff is very professional. Everything was explained to me at the initial consultation and I was told my options. The wait time was not long. The nurse was awesome and she helped me relax. I had to utilize the needles and gas because my airway was too narrow. The nurse even wiped my tears. The doctor was very nice and explained to me what he was doing. They even called to check and see how I was doing, but I was sleep😴lol.

Caring & friendly staff starting at the front desk and continuing with every employee of Dr. Peter Zakursky. I saw an oral surgeon for an issue that I was having (along with a lot of pain) on Taylor Road and that doc(won’t mention his name at 4053 Taylor Rd) said he could schedule me for 6 weeks later to fix it and said my pain shouldn’t be that bad. I then called Dr. Zakursky at Goodove Oral Surgery and told them what was going on and that I was in a lot of pain. They scheduled me for a consultation the next morning and once I got in there, Dr. Zakursky and staff moved their schedule around to take care of me that day. The front desk & Dr Zakursky called the following day to see how I was doing. The entire staff is professional, caring, friendly and put their patients first. I highly recommend Dr Zakursky and his team for any oral surgery needs. They are AMAZING!!

Very curt on phone — actually hung up and refused to answer simple question — need a referral for even a consultation — Must be getting “kickback” !I’d stay away — they pick and chose patients — buyer beware !

Im so in love with this office and the dentist office is not my favorite place. I had two wisdom teeth pulled and I had no pain after.....none. The staff is super friendly and the Dentist explains the process and carries it out as explained. I highly recommend.

Had a wisdom tooth removed and it only took 30 minutes. Im on day two after the extraction and I feel great; No swelling, no bleeding, no pain. The doctor started off numbing the area with a few shots and left me alone for a few minutes while the numbing agent took effect. Thereafter he pulled for a few minutes on the tooth until it was extracted, stiched me up, packed gauze in my wound, gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Great team that works here and highly recommended.

My daughter was so scared before going in and she actually left with a smile after having a tooth removed. What a great experience. Thank you so much Dr. Berry, Im very impressed and the price was very reasonable.

Great experience overall. I was referred to this office by my regular dentist to have all four wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Berry was very professional and explained the procedure in detail during the consultation. When I came back in for the procedure I was in and out in about an hour and a half. The nurse (didnt catch her name) was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for the doctor to come in and get started. Very pleased with the experience in the office and happy to report the pain is well controlled with the medications that were prescribed.

Best Dentist Experience I Have Ever Had In My Entire Life. I visited the suffolk office with dr. Green.Super Professional and quick removal of my four impacted wisdom teeth same day.Highly recommended if you are one of those ppl who are afraid of dental work. I Felt Super Comfortable . Dr. Berry was fantastic and kept me calm through the whole thing, even though I was admittedly very nervous. I barely felt any pain, and only a little soreness in the days following. I came here for an emergency consult and extraction after being at the ER for the pain the night before. The pain is radiating I to my ear and neck!! Dr Berry was nasty and rude. Dr Goodove extracted a tooth and sedated me a few years ago, but Dr Berry refused to sedate me regardless of my horrible pain. I was told that they could squeeze me in on Friday afternoon at 3 for the extraction but his words were “I’m the one doing the extraction so it doesn’t matter what anyone else says. I have half a day so it’s not happening tomorrow.” Make sure you see Dr Goodove. Between Dr Berry’s his lack of confidence in his sedation skills and his arrogance, he isn’t putting you first.

My experience was amazing... I must admit I was afraid to get my tooth pulled. Nikita and Dr. Good was amazing they really cared and when I was in pain... he stopped... assuranced me that everything will be ok!!! Thank you! And the price with my insurance was affordable!!

I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Goodove. At 60+ I guess I was lucky that this was my first tooth extraction, but I was a little apprehensive to say the least. Dr. Goodove was fantastic. Just a local anesthesia, a little rocking the tooth back & forth (no pain) and the tooth was out. He gave me a prescription for pain killer, but I didnt need it. I didnt even need Tylenol or aspirin as the gum was only a little tender. Dr. Goodove was also friendly and genuinely caring.

Had a great experience! I was fully awake with just numbing for wisdom teeth extraction (all 4), took about 30mins, first tooth came out in about 2mins. Mr.Goodove walked me through the whole process during surgery. I would highly recommend!

I had the worst experience with Dr. Berry, I dont know if he assumed that I just didnt care about my teeth, because they are so damaged due to chemotherapy, grinding my teeth in my sleep, a lifetime of antibiotics...and I fear of dentists.When Dr. Berry numbed my gums, I could still feel pain, the metal instruments were like putting ice on a bad tooth, when I told him it was still very painful he gave me a small dose of novocaine and didnt wait for it to take effect, I cried and tried to scream stop and he knew it but said it will only take a minute, it hurt so bad and he wouldnt stop, my tooth had broke in half and then it was like having two teeth pulled, he wouldnt stop and listen and he left right away when he was done. They kept a blood pressure cuff on me the whole time and my blood pressure and pulse went high everytime he touched, pulled and wrenched at my teeth, that was the proof that the novocaine was not enoughI am so disappointed and will probably never see a dentist againThe front desk employees were very nice and good at their jobs.I am going to make and a formal complaint.Make sure you have are not being scheduled with Dr. Berry

My experience at Goodove Oral Surgery (Harborview) was beyond excellent! I went in on a Monday for a consultation and they scheduled the procedure for that Friday. They gave me choices and the staff is very friendly. The day of the procedure, Dr. Berry and his assistant were very kind and they let me know everything they were doing. His assistant was just as wonderful as him. She assured me everything would be ok and it was. I had 6 teeth pulled and it wasnt painful at all. The only pain I experienced was the needles to numb my mouth. Everyone else that I talked to that had their wisdom teeth pulled said they experienced pain for quite a few days. They are all saying they shouldve went to Dr. Berry. Lucky me!!! I would highly recommend Goodove Oral Surgery to everyone who needs teeth pulled.

I havent even been serviced yet but I appreciate the office being tidy and the front desk providers were very sweet. They walked my IDs to me instead of calling me up after I had just sat down. I appreciate the little things.

My daughter, who is terrified of dentists, had to have a baby tooth pulled that had abscessed. Her pediatric dentist referred me to Goodove because she was certain it wouldnt be able to be done without general anesthesia, given my daughters anxiety (she can barely get her teeth cleaned---it is that bad). The staff was very friendly and spoke directly to her, and explained in an age-appropriate way what was going to happen, what it would feel like, and how long it would take. They were extremely patient with her, but i was sure it was never going to happen, and anticipated having have her tooth removed at the outpatient surgery center (this would not be our first time there). When we went back to have it pulled, Cinnamon came and got her with a huge, friendly smile, and surprisingly, my daughter went with her. One of the staff came out a few minutes later to get me, and I was 100% certain she was going to tell me there was no way they were going to be able to get her tooth out. When she said its done! I couldnt believe it...i was SO relieved. When i went back to see her, my daughter said it wasnt bad and later told me it didnt hurt and she really liked that dentist. I dont know that anyone else could have gotten her trust like they did. She even declined nitrous oxide and they refunded me the money I had paid for it without me even asking. I will definitely go back there should we ever have to have any work done again (hopefully not!). One thing in particular i liked about the dentist was that he gave my young daughter a feeling of control-he gave her options (we can do it at the hospital and do it here, but if we do it here it is quick and easy and you can spend the rest of the day eating popsicles ) and she told me later that she liked that the dentist told her it was her choice. They also didnt try to force the nitrous oxide on her, and i think letting her feel in control really helped. Thank you so much for giving my daughter a positive dental experience!

I was scared at fish kept over thinking about the whole process. The ladys that was in there with me was so nice and kept calming me down . one of the lady’s even was holding my hand through the process . The doctor was even nice to he kept talking to me about superheroes and was done before 9:30

Well.. basically I was terrified going in because I have a lot of phobias when it comes to dental work, but things could not have gone smoother! From the consultations to the surgery, everything was A-1.. would highly recommend!

4 Impacted teeth removal with local and laughing gas was a breeze. I was so nervous, but it was quick and as painless as the procedure could be.

I had tooth 31 removed it was the worst pain, i experience evevthough i was under anstheia.The pain was from the pressure ofthe tooth being pulled it only last ashort time.I do highly recommend this offoce .

I had to have a molar removed, which I put it off as long as I could. After I dealt with a painful weekend, I called the office on Monday morning. Amanda got me in at noon that same day. She was polite, professional, and extremely personable. On my first visit Dr. Berry explained the whole process, and as much as I dreaded it, he had mentally prepared me for the procedure. Amanda told me on the phone that Dr Berry was out for the week and Dr. Zagursky was going to take care of me. Im 61 years old and I was very anxious, to say the least. I tightened my grip on the armrests, expecting the worst, and Dr Zagursky started to work. Fortunately, and to my relief, the procedure went smoothly and quickly. I experienced none of the pain I had prepared myself for. Dr Zagurskys assistant, Cinamonn (s) was very professional and friendly. She explained in detail, and answered all my questions regarding my aftercare. She also called me several hours later to make sure I was OK. I told her I had changed the gauze as she instructed and she tried not to laugh when I told her I had accidentally swallowed the gauze I had put in. We both got a good laugh over that!! Id like to thank them all for their care and Id definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. I cant say it was fun, but I will say that I couldnt be more satisfied with the way they treated me, from beginning to end. Thank you.

Dr. Berry was straight forward and kind told you exactly what he was going to do. The assistant was super helpful and kind and explained what I needed to do afterwards. I waited no more than 10 minutes (11am appt) and 5 to 7 minutes after shots to mouth for numbing to set in, tooth extraction not even 5 minutes no pain, I say again no pain, done by 1143am with tooth removed and packed and detailed explanation on taking care of my mouth after iral surgery. This is day 3 or 4? lol had it done Friday and today is Monday, played with the musicians at church Sunday with minimal pain and today is about the same but a little better just keep salt washing and taking antibiotics with painkillers. Philly cheese steak and hot wings soon lol. But seriously cant speak for others but Dr. Berry and staff were super incredi-ful (incredible and wonderful) Would take a pixture of my mouth where wisdom tooth removed but trust me its clean no disclosing. The only bad thing is They did not give me a sucker/lollipop when I left just good healing medicine lol. Awesome folks! Told members of my church about them. Hope this helps others, they definitely helped me.
